So we see here the sort of leftist thought that is so pervasive and profoundly authoritarian.

You can't just be tolerated. You must be celebrated.

If you are not front and center in the store, you are banned.

If any other priority besides the leftist priority is addressed, those folks are terrorists.

If you don't comply completely with my demands I am erased or I will suicide myself which is your fault.

How entitled and privileged must some people be to literally think no one else is allowed an opinion, a stake, any agency, any rights to anything?

More people are getting a clue. They are speaking up and taking back the world around them. Walking into a store and seeing a normal swimsuit section isn't a terrorist attack. It isn't erasing someone. It isn't an act of violence. It doesn't matter how much hyperbole the mother or others like her engage in. People are taking back the world around them.

Also this mother is clearly abusing her child. She isn't just abusing her by helping the child form a non-binary identity at seven years old. She's abusing the child by making that child think such insane and sick thoughts about their own existence. The world literally must bow town and cater to her child and make it the center of everything. It isn't hard to see why people are seeking identity in this type of life. It take someone mundane and average and allows them all manner of claims about being special, courageous and more. It's sick and sad. Hopefully our society wakes up from this dream state soon.

There were no such books when we went to school. Although it was a struggle, often painful, long and hard, both she, me and my brothers and sisters managed to figure out if we were straight, gay, males and females on our own.

So, the issue here is- what do you do about parents that want to teach their children damaging ****? FTR I agree with you teaching a kid to be 'non-binary' or 'trans' is damaging. But consider for a moment: parents who teach their children that sexual attraction before marriage will damn you to hell, or Jesus won't love you if [insert any normal teenage desire here]. These arent so common a problem nowadays, but these parents still exist here and there. And if we set the precedent that these sorts of extreme examples of 'damaging parenting' can be stopped by society, where do we draw the line? Someone somewhere doesn't like how YOU raise YOUR kids. Teaching kids how to safely use guns is ALREADY being cited by the authoritarian hoplophobes as 'right wing grooming' and 'child abuse'. The only REALISTIC difference between preventing parents from brainwashing their children into a gender cult and preventing parents from teaching their children how to defend themselves from criminals is a slim majority of popular support.

We can (should) certainly take steps to prevent medical professionals from permanantly disfiguring nonconsentable minors... but we don't get to tell other people how to raise their kids because we don't want those people being able to tell us how to raise our kids.

No that is how seven year olds think. 1.7% of all births are intersex. If that child were born with say, Down’s syndrome and Target had taken the Downs Syndrome Barbie doll off the self what would your reaction have been?

It is their fault, going after kids is unacceptable. Not all of them ofcourse, but a substantial enough portion that interest needs to be taken to protect kids from being sexualized, which is happening .

 

Many of these conservatives also have hidden homosexual tendencies.

When you're sure of your sexual orientation, you're not afraid of others'.
