I just finished up my article on my month in Philly. I've been traveling the States for the past 7 months, volunteering on the Ron Paul Campaign, working some Organic Farms down south, attending various political meeting, and volunteering at some community gardens.

I am currently in D.C. for 10 days finishing up my travels, then it is back to California.

I've learned a lot, how to find common interests amongst different groups, how to get off the couch (and computer) and do something, how to organize activists, how to grow food, how to build a Rocket Stove, how to travel for super cheap. In the process I made two jobs for myself (I even got paid for some canvasing with a group in Philly). When I get back I will be able to make money landscaping/gardening/farming. I have also learned how to make money off my website.

I've gotten to know my country way better, spent some times in the different areas (mid-west, south, east coast) and met a lot of people.
