A scientific answer or a moral one is irrelevant, or do you regualarly violate your constiution, because that is the real issue .. do you support your constiution and the law of consent?
yes, I witnessed several mind changes of that kind when I was nursing terminal AIDS patients. Not even their priest could get them back into the fold. As to abortion, I've seen the horrific results of making it illegal during the 1960's in Melbourne where illegal abortionists redered sterile or killed their patients.
