Are Black Americans not allowed to get vaccinated? THAT would make it discriminatory and hurting the Black community. But as they have equal access to vaccinations but CHOOSE not to is their choice. Therefore, the hurt they are experiencing is on them - not Dems.

You do realize that Biden was saying the vaccine prevented transmission as recently as his disastrous town hall a few weeks back.

 

Apparently! But it would be more effective if you actually used appropriate and accurate examples.

 

We may be safe from dying of covid, but we can still be carriers of the delta variant. And with the large numbers of delta illnesses/deaths, none of us is free to go back to normal life. So even vaccinated, we have to look at the big picture.

My wife and I heard the plays were back open and the airline tickets are cheap right now. NY was a big choice of hers. We were going to book it. The reason why is out trip to Maui is a bust as you can't get a rental car. We have changed it up and are now going to Las Vegas (driving from SoCal) and seeing some shows, do the pools, and I will be playing some high end poker.

 

What is a vaccination for? If it is for saving the person's life, it is successful. But because of the large number of unvaccinated, the virus was able to mutate into something that the vaccination didn't cover fully. That's not on the vaccination, that's on the lack of participation. And hey, I'm not going to die - but knowing that I could pass it along to someone who could, I have to resume all the precautions. Its the right thing to do.

 

I wonder? There is some other planted keynote that actually stops them from seeing the big picture.. Like if EVERYONE in the U.S. vaccinated there will still be a huge segment that will spread it, contract it and die from complications just as we have always done from flu/pathogen/viral infection..

But I'm sure their handlers have a really good bucket of bullshit already rehearsed just for that event
