Republican riot (notice the word riot isn’t plural) = “insurrection”
Cops shooting whites = OK
Cops shootings blacks = evil racist crime
Democrat riots get praise and politician bail outs
Republican riots get special committees

Maxine isn't the issue. You want her prosecuted, file charges. The Trump rally (including the other speakers) used far more violent language than reminders to "obey the law." Plus, many of his supporters believed he was the law and was giving them permission to crash the Capitol. The vast majority were dubbed. The ones who battled police, tore down barricades and broke into the building, carrying bear spray, clubs, and an assortment of weapons, while dressed in combat tactical gear, used the majority of the crowd as cover. This was a planned attack to disrupt the certification process and perhaps a prelude to a Presidential declaration of martial law in order to overthrow the election. It failed, but that was attempted sedition.

Mark Meadows, the former president's chief of staff, just announced that Trump was holding Cabinet meetings at Bedminster Golf Course, in New Jersey. Maybe he'll instruct his Attorney General to arrest the Select Committee?
