well my argument would be in the one jurisdiction that an offensive explosion device was used than private citizens could have them.

well you are an avid participant in gun discussions-usually attacking pro rights advocates. so to pretend you don't have an opinion on what laws should remain and what laws should be added strikes me as bovine excrement

Milkwind, your opinion is quite relevant and you made it so.
It was your position that its all arbitrary line drawing. You were asked therefore where you draw the line so that position may be explored. You refuse to allow that.
    We all know why.

I didn't post a lie, I asked you a ****ing question o regarded one. Is that going to end up being ok with you?

Or to simply ask a question for them to confirm or deny.

Again, I don't follow the gun control debates very much.
So, I don't know what is being proposed.
Mostly my 2 cents consists of, what the 2A says. And that everyone has their personal opinions on what the want and don't want infringed.

I prefer to let each and every local gov'ts decide what to allow or not allow. Which also, is against the 2A. But it is well established, most everyone is for some infringements of some arms.
Hence why I often use the term, line in the sand. Also, likely why this is and always will be a very hot topic.

Again: These devices are used nationwide to force entry. Essentially every department has explosives.
Ergo: According to the argument you made which you claim is the law, cops have them so we have them too. If you insist they be in raw block form with detonators only, not contained in a nice neat grenade, you'll at least remain consistent. If you posit that they have a right to them and we do not, then you're going to need a theory other than estoppel.

Make your position make logical sense without resorting to: But they'll ignore the law

    Hardly avid in these discussions.
I don't attack pro right advocates. I often just point out it's against the 2A.
The only bovine excrement is often from your own posts.

Indeed and now I wonder if I'll be required to run through all the gun control proposal threads and see if the Milkwind is present and in possession of an opinion of their own.

it is obvious to me why the evasion

    1) lack of understanding of weapons
    2) the desire to be able to support future restrictions at any time
