Funny that you would watch CNN and then talk to us about the media lying. CNN is very biased and dishonest.

It's hard to dispute the fact that this was very political for both sides.

By not sitting peacefully in the police car and by breaking the law in the first place. If he chose to be a better person he never would have put himself in that position.

He ingested drugs and had problems breathing. Hard to say the knee killed him and it's hard to blame Chauvin who was trained to do that and had no intentions of killing the man.

Why are you so convinced Chauvin had no intentions of killing the man?

Sorry? Did he break the law? Was there any definitive proof that he was breaking the law? Did it go to trial was there an outcome? And what happened to “innocent until proven guilty?’

Why did Chauvin want to kill him? The knee to the neck was to get Floyd to calm down.

Chauvin has previously killed someone with his gun and Amy Klubochar (D) chose not to convict him. She obviously thought he was not a killer.

Everyone knows he broke the law and he was not a good person. He had a criminal record.

How can it go to trial when he killed himself between ingesting a deadly amount of fentanyl and fighting with the cops. Why is Chauvin to blame for Floyd being stupid?

I agree the knee to the neck was to much but he was trained to do that and I'm sure it's not his first time. I also agree the knee to the neck may have been the final nail in the coffin but it's impossible to say.

I believe that a full on bipartisan well funded independent investigation should be commissioned to investigate all aspects of the January 6, 2021 insurrection including the exact facts regarding Ms. Babbit’s death. However scumbag Moscow Mitch and all Republucan Senators blocked it from getting on the Senate Floor.

Mate - there are lots and lots of ways to de-escalate a situation and the vast majority are non physical

    https://www.resolutioneducation.com.au/de-escalation-training/for-police-officers/

All around the world there is a change in focus to strategies to prevent escalation in the first place

Why, the police investigated and continue to investigate, the Senate investigated. What else do you want investigated. Demand the police release the results of the investigation. What aspects aren't being investigated by the proper authorities that the partisan commission anything the Dems would create from the Congress could investigate?

The police opened fire and you are defending it because she was protesting. Does that now apply to all protestors even when they pose no lethal threat?

So when protestors, American citizens, break through police lines and barricades and doors they can be shot and you hope that happens.

If it does I don't know of a protest that doesn't chant such things, is that the moment they should open fire when chanting begins? Is that what they do in your country when there are protest?

If you are already falsely mischaracter rising it as "insurrection" we can be glad you are not on the investigative council

Oooh - I think it becomes a combination of a threatening chant and break and enter into a building that is housing the person they are chanting about don’t you? I mean that is a pretty clear line there

Who knows why anyone wants to kill anyone else.

Then once he was calm he should have moved it. Once Floyd quit moving at all he should have moved it, once Floyd quit breathing he should have moved it

Cops are pretty much always given the benefit of the doubt, though that is starting to change

when they are breaking through a barricaded door and climbing through the window of said door to get to where innocent civilians are being protected.

    Is that confusing for you?

The only side I cheer for is justice and the Constitution.

The idea either political side is worth cheering for is about the stupidest thing I have heard this year

Say Ashli Babbitt and you give awesome examples of why her death was blatant murder.

I bet you actually differentiate between being boosted through a door and openly and notoriously stopping being arrested as Floyd was.

It will take some time but the innosence project no doubt will take the Chauvin case to higher courts. I predict Chauvin wins the case.
