Haley to launch ad targeting Trump's handling of North Korea relationship and hostage Otto Warmbier

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley's presidential campaign is releasing a three-minute television ad on the eve of the New Hampshire primary slamming former President Donald Trump over his handling of the U.S. relationship with North Korea and hostage Otto Warmbier. The ad features the testimony of Warmbier's mother, Cindy Warmbier.

American college student Otto Warmbier was taken hostage by North Korea in 2016. After a lengthy and arduous negotiation between the regime and the U.S., Warmbier was released after falling into a vegetative state, and died soon after his release.

She's trying to thread the needle here. Not just because she was part of the Trump admin but also because she can't get too aggressive with her criticisms of Dear Leader without doing damage to her future in the POT. Cuz, you know, cult.

So far, Christie was the only candidate speaking the truth about Orange jeeeeeeezus. He's gone now. The writing is on the wall for miniTrump. It's now or never for Haley. Though I see her chances as slim to none even if she hits him hard.

HOWEVER, about 30% of Repub respondants to a poll question asking, "Should Trump be prez if he is convicted of a crime" said no. Maybe she's banking on that. But we know when the time comes all will be forgiven of Trump including a conviction for what is tantamount to treason.

This likely ends talk that she was running for VP.
She's clearly going all in for victory in NH.
Interesting thought heard lately is that she might head up the No Labels ticket if Trump gets the Republican nomination.

I never felt she was Crazy enough to be on Trump's ticket. Besides, she would make him look bad by comparison. He wants a sycophant to fill the VP slot as he does every slot in the potential admin, especially AG.

It would also be interesting if she were to run as Manchin's VP candidate on No Labels.

And while her husband was deployed?

    upload_2024-1-20_11-18-53.png

And she's banning the press for reporting on her affairs? I think we all understand who Nikki is and who she represents, and it sure as hell isn't us.

What should worry you is that 50% of Republicans who support Haley say they'll never vote for Trump.

    https://thehill.com/elections/44080...ey-would-vote-for-biden-over-trump-iowa-poll/

Even if that figure were only 25%, it's impossible for Trump to become POTUS if only 85% of Republicans vote for him.

    Go Trump !

Maybe she's taking off more than that. The big problem is that she's a neocon warmonger and her instincts are leftist and dictatorial.

WHUT - Nikki Haley's NH Director Lobbied for Dem Dark Money That Got Bribed Joe Elected?

    Like I said.

'Tyler Clark, who became Haley’s 2024 state director for the Granite State late last year, is listed on lobbying disclosures filed in New Hampshire as working in 2020 on behalf of Sixteen Thirty Fund, a nonprofit group managed by Arabella Advisors, the largest leftwing dark money network in the United States. Sixteen Thirty Fund, which is being investigated by the Washington, D.C., attorney general’s office over financial mismanagement allegations along with the broader Arabella network, doled out more than $410 million in 2020 to boost Democrats and help unseat former President Donald Trump, all thanks to billionaire donors such as George Soros.

She bats for the other team.

She also lobbied 'for the American Civil Liberties Union and American Federation of Teachers.'

It's pretty clear what she is.

Oh sure, you can't possibly vote for a president who has affairs. She probably thinks that because she's famous, she can just grab 'em by the penis.

Hilarious to see MAGA moralise but give Trumpy a pass. And the same posters criticise the left for even daring to mention Boebert and her whorish ways.

I know, the mental disconnect is amazing. I am not sure if they are too blinded with their Trump love to see it, or if they actually fully know that Trump is a serial cheater and womanizer, but consciously accept their own hypocrisy on this matter because of Trump's other "qualities" they love. In any case, the gall they have claiming the moral high ground and "family values" is just amazing.

You'd never vote for anyone taking off their pants in an extramarital affair, would you? After all, "family values", right?

I simply made a statement of fact, any moral criticizing that you might perceive is nothing but a straw man that you have created.

So it is better that you should argue with yourself than to try to argue some point that I have not made.

Oh I'm not moralizing. It's not like we say "oh she cheated on her husband she can't be president". We are pointing out though how every single ad you see for her is putting out how she's a woman of character and integrity and values... can't do that and then cheat on ur husband. It's not a winning strategy lol

Oh, please. Whenever someone has an affair whose name is not Trump, the Trump supporters immediately pounce and wave their superior morality/family values flag. Then when they are called out for their hypocrisy in supporting serial adulterer Trump, they don't want to talk about it. We can see too well through this tired old spiel.

BTW: If you didn't morally judge her, then why did you post?

Well, she's never closed the door on this speculation directly and she's had many chances to do that. I have no issue with her nor her platform, but, if she does accept a Veep offer or throws her support behind Trump, she's putting him over country IMO.

NO LABELS still won't voluntarily release their donor list. They should if they are serious about this. Stake are too high in 2024 for them to be a spoiler for Trump.
