Your rambling makes no sense at all. It's hard to even get your point. The SKS which was the rifle used here is legal even in many European countries. It's a semiautomatic fixed magazine rifle that is legal even in many restrictive European gun control paradises.

Actually, I found out that Micah X, used a Chinese made SKS chambered in 7.62x39 mm. It's a 10 round fixed magazine, gas operated semi-automatic rifle. It turns out that the SKS is an accurate rifle.
