Except that's what's happening, all trump had to do is give the docs back and nothing would have happened.

 

He had them for way less time than biden did and took them as pres, not VP. Since when is the law you can take something but if you give it back it never happened? this is news to me

He failed during Covid
He failed at gdp growth
He failed at fiscal responsibility
He failed with trade wars
He failed with promoting integrity
He failed at rallying his party to pass bills

Two-tier justice systems should be no surprise to MAGA folks. The only difference between MAGA and the left on this is the person they feel should be above the law. For the left, Biden should not be prosecuted, but Trump should. For MAGA, Trump should not be prosecuted, but Biden should. Two sides of the same dumb coin, but neither side ever seems to realize it.

 

Wrong on so many levels. I don't see ANY righties calling for prosecution for one but not the other. All i see is "but biden was nicer about it and kindly returned the docs a decade later"

The right saying Biden's was worse.
The left saying Trump's was worse.
But in most instances, only seen the left trying to justify it against trump because he was less compliant. What else can we apply that philosophy to? Should we grant immunity to serial killers that tell us where the bodies are right away?

Yep, trump, biden and pence are not being prosecuted for taking or having documents.
Trump is being prosecuted because he did not give the documents back.
Biden and pence can't be prosecuted for not giving the documents back BECAUSE THEY GAVE THE DOCUMENTS BACK.

 

Simple fact. Trump WAS NOT charged for any documents he willingly returned once asked. Trump WAS charged because he lied to
the FBI about retaining documents and tried to hide them. The Obstruction of Justice charge is rather air tight.

 

When you throw horseshit on the table and expect it to be discussed like it was evidence of anything but what it is, you should expect to be disappointed.

 

It must be a peaceful world to never have to question your own narratives and just say everything is “horseshit” or a conspiracy.
