Now that 2-tier system has been 100% proven, where do we go from here?

Get the fainting couch! The poor man is suffering from a case of the vapors!

    Oh, and it's spelled 'guide'.

That would be me, but since I'm not running and we have this ****ed up 2 party system, that would be Joseph R. Biden.

No, it's not. It's a handle I've used for over 40 years, after a woman in a lifeskills class I taught told me I was her spiritguide. The "U" was dropped to make it unique in email addresses and websites.
That's the only point I shall respond to as the rest is self-serving sarcasm and comedy. Hope you enjoy and laugh at yourself a lot.

Not a word about former Vice President Pence turning over a few docs he inadvertently had. In the cases of Pence and Biden when they looked and found a few things they turned them over and invited the authorities to come in and search. Shucks they probably served the searchers cookies while they worked.
Not the same case in Florida where things were demanded by the National Archives, repeatedly, for a year and they had to enlist the help of the FBI because they didn't have subpoena powers, not surprising considering their job. The FBI claims to have found many docs illegally in T****'s possession. Had the FBI not needed to be enlisted, had he looked and then turned over everything he would not be in court in Florida.

He made a choice to defy the law and the law is biting him back.

Rational thoughts are nonsense to those who cannot process rational thoughts. Just as the thoughts of those people are nonsense to those who can.

SCOTUS may not stop the Appellate Court.

    'That’s because
    (a) the circuit’s decision is well-reasoned and faithfully reasons from the Court’s relevant jurisprudence,
    (b) the Court would like as little involvement as possible in cases bearing on the 2024 election,
    (c) the Court is already dealing with the election-related effort by Colorado to remove Trump from the ballot, and most consequentially,
    (d) the Court has agreed to hear the challenge by several January 6 defendants to the Justice Department’s use of the obstruction statute (§1512(c)(2) of the federal penal code), which is central to Smith’s election-interference indictment against Trump — at this point, the obstruction issue is more important than the immunity issue.'
