Sure there is if the woman is passed Menopause she can't have children so why treat older couples marrying different from a same-sex couple.

That's simply not true. We have evidence of 70 year olds getting pregnant and producing a child.

Logic would dictate that if non-married homosexuals are MUCH more likely to have AIDS than non-married heterosexuals... then married homosexuals are still going to be MUCH more likely to have AIDS than married heterosexuals.

 

So wait, if gays are at risk for AIDS, why are you worried? Also, that number clearly went down as it shows. If it's decreasing, and homosexuality is increasing, your theory is incorrect.

No it doesn't. If you can't be monogamous without signing a marriage certificate, signing a marriage certificate isn't going to make you be monogamous.

Furthermore, the rate of non-married homosexuals with AIDS is FAR higher than non-married heterosexuals. So it's not just an issue of marriage. If it were simply an issue of marriage, the rate of AIDS in non-married homosexuals and heterosexuals would be comparable. But it's not because it's not a marriage issue.

 

I did not say one could not, but heterosexuals are encouraged to be monogamous by marriage, the same would be true of homosexuals... common sense
