correct, an internet image doesn't prove anything. however, the state of hawaii verifying it's authenticity, as well as stating flat out that he was born there certainly does. that's why he's POTUS, and why you have lost every single legal challenge to date. You can't even win against an empty chair.

What does that 'internet image' mean?

Well first of all, it means that Obama is the only current candidate for President that voters have seen any evidence at all of birth in the U.S. Matter of fact only Presidential candidate ever to show the voters a copy of his birth certificate.

Second, nobody but Birthers have ever claimed that the image on the internet is actual proof of his place of birth. The original that the image was taken of is place of birth. And as you well know, reporters actually saw the original, and took their own photo's of it.

And of course the State of Hawaii has verified both the validity of that 'image' and that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

But Birthers being what they are....just can't accept any facts that disrupt your foregone conclusion.

And by the way- you still apparently are fine with the lie of the original post.

Now to anyone but illiterate Birthers...Hawaii is very clearly saying that Barack Obama has an original birth ceritifcate and it shows that he was born in Hawaii. But Birthers being Birthers.....not so much....

Another fallacy. The court of course never said that. I guess this falls under the loose Birther definition of 'truth'. Which is of course why Birthers almost never actually quote someone but instead paraphrase what they said to mean what they want it to mean.

What did Judge Moran actually say?

In this matter, as the petitioners’ objection is that Mr. Obama has not providedthe Secretary with proof of the place of his birth by means of a birth certificate orotherwise, the lack of any obligation on his part to do so means he has not failed to actin accordance with the applicable law.

Judge Moran tossed the Birthers out because they argued that Obama was obligated to provide his birth certificate, and the judge said that there is no law that says he is.

Oh and of course tossed out the two citizen parent idiocy too.

But what I am curious about is why you are so comfortable with the lie that started this whole thread, and why you are trying to divert attention from that lie to Obama.

JEFF, I just googled "GW Bush" Lies getting 2,100,000 hits (1/13th of Obama's), yet he was a two term (6 year) Governor, as well as 8 years the President. Frankly if you take out WMD in Iraq, which hundreds of others advised him on, the number would be much less.

None of the lies were of my choosing, the point is HE (OBAMA), IS KNOWN for telling tales to achieve his end goals, so called errors/gaff's like 57 States are simple ignorance, being polite.

Obama and Bush are or were the President, the person who has hundreds, if not thousands of person's whom can speak for him, telling lies is then beneath the office standards (my opinion) and unnecessary, unethical and here's that word again..."deceitful". You may know, but Romney was not my first choice, but if elected, think he will be and continues to deceive the PEOPLE, all of them R/D or whatever, then I'll be as down on him as I am Obama. The other "Candidates" you mentioned were vetted out, no doubt in part for lying to the public. There are claims- unproven claims- like the unsubstantiated list of 'lies'- that Obama is 'known for telling tales' but of course this is just the meme of his political opponents. I have seen no evidence that Obama is any more dishonest than any other politician- and as I pointed out by using Poltifact Obama appears to be more 'honest' than Romney or Gingrich. But that doesn't fit your agenda.

You know, I never gave a fiddler's dam fort this story; I figured it was the paranoid delusions of the same kind of people who wear tin foil hats. That was until the White House crumbled and produced this particular birth certificate at the curious urging of one Donald Trump.

That gave me pause, and hoped this stupidity would simply get squeezed out of existence like a teen aged pimple.

But no, now we are in court arguing some fine points of law which do, I am afraid to say, seem to allow that the image in question is of dubious origin.

It doesn't die for a reason.
