Obama Pushes Obamacare Over Thanksgiving Dinner

On Obama's 501(c)(4), he and his buddies are doing some heavy-duty pushing of Obamacare. Here's the one where they want you to Print a copy to take to Thanksgiving Dinner to talk to your relatives and adult kids about. They are pretty desperate to get people signed up. So, how many of you plan to print them, place them in your lap and push this on your family at Thanksgiving Dinner? At the end of all this on the OFA website.....there is a place for you to PLEDGE that you WILL talk to your family over the Holidays about signing up for Obamacare.....and they want your email as you make that pledge. CONVERSATION TIPS

Start by asking: “Have you thought about signing up for health insurance on the new marketplace?”

Offer to walk them through it: “Would you like to take some time with me to sign up right now?”

Ask them to make a plan, and commit to it: “When do you plan on signing up?”

Don’t forget to follow up: “Have you signed up yet?”

It might be more interesting than what I would most likely discuss, which would be Romo's constant mediocrity and Jim Schwartz's odd game management, because, as you know, Dallas and Detroit play on Thanksgiving, though not against each other.

If you are going to talk about politics, might ought to be discussing the negative impact the two party scam has on the nation as a whole, and why the best government corporate money can buy, is not advantageous to/for the majority of Americans, especially the majority who actually work for a living, and never will be.

The abridged version: Beg your friends and relatives to sign up for Obamacare. If begging doesn't work browbeat them into giving you a pledge that they will follow through with signing up, and then harass them until they do.

 

The conversation should actually be, "have you thought about getting a second job so you can pay for Obamacare"?

 

I don't understand why they bother wasting even more tax dollars when they are simply going to sic the IRS on the people if they don't comply to the grand scam...

Thanksgiving is a time for giving...well Thanks for things you have and hold dear.

Not sure how many people hold their wallets being plundered as something dear, or something to give thanks for.

 

You know I just heard yesterday that they aren't really going to have a way of enforcing that beyond taking it from a tax refund. So, if someone does not have a refund coming, they can't get it. They also can't garnish wages. Moral of the story: plan your taxes so you owe something and will have no refund coming.

 

I don't even wanna know what's going on in that kid's pants.

 

Or maybe, "Do you now realize how stupid it was for you to have voted for Obama?"

 

You can't have a moments peace from politics with these people

At the very least, don't discuss them at the dinner table, especially during Thanksgiving.

 

So what are those thousands of new IRS agents going to be doing? Sitting around and polishing their jackboots and truncheons on our dime? The government will get the money one way or another...

 

One more caveat to the Obama nightmare, how will they enforce young people to make the monthly payments? Every 20+ year old I know has trouble paying their rent and utilities, and now the government wants them to pay another $300 a month for healthcare? Yeah, that ought to fly like a pig.

The Obama lies are coming home to roost, and he deserves all the crap he will get for lying to the American people.

 

I'm embarrassed for Obama and the nitwits pulling his puppet strings. My family will probably end up talking about Obamacare, and we are going to be pretty much in a agreement. Maybe not on what degree we are disgusted by it, but definitely how bad it is. I imagine more and more families will be able to bond over their growing negative feelings about Obamacare. Who knows, he may be able to bring this country together after all.

The Right doesn't want anything to interfere with the anti-Obamacare commercials they will be showing all day Thanksgiving.

They didn't think ANY of this out! Two reasons for that.....they were in such a HURRY to get it done why they had total control over the government, and they chose NOT to listen to anyone else but themselves!! My Congressman is a doctor....and he says he was never asked anything about any of it. Can you imagine??? The administration had all kinds of doctors and people who knew something about healthcare right there in Congress and the Senate...and never even called them in to get ideas or run something by them at least.
That's the difference between government and private business: private business makes SURE it's going to work BEFORE they put it in to action....and they think through all the consequences. And IF they don't, the TOP GUY gets held accountable.

What's happening to the Dems now on this Obamacare is a perfect example of what NOT to do.....as well as a perfect example of NOT doing something this massive on a totally PARTISAN basis. Most presidents wouldn't have done so. Just as most presidents wouldn't have had the Senate Leader of their party toss a Nuclear Bomb and blow up the Senate as they just did. But it's far more important to him to stack the D.C. Appeals Court in his favor before he leaves....or before he loses the Senate. Why? Because he knows his nominees won't rule against him....because they are just as Socialist as he is.

 

They wouldn't want to hear the conversations at my family gatherings if Obama is brought up...

none of them can stand him..
