Apparently not much with their unemployment nearly double the national average. His policies do help the rich like G.E. paying NO taxes in 2010 and then getting a $3.2 billion dollar refund or the billionaire investors in Solyndra skating away with a half a billion dollars leaving us taxpayers on the hook for the loan, Black community included. Consider this: the nation of South Africa has not created any new jobs since the end of Apartheid, when the blacks took over the government. Everything has gone done hill since the blacks took power. Corruption is now rampant.
The only thing going well for the country is the high price of gold, since gold mining is an important industry.

There will always be poor, no matter how much the government gives them of other peoples money, but you can lower the percentage of the population on welfare.
