    Susan Daniels has no "standing" as she cannot claim any direct harm based upon Barack Obama's Social Security number. The case is going to be summarily dismissed by the Court. A person must establish "standing" before a civil case will be heard and, as noted, Susan Daniels doesn't have the grounds to establish "standing" in filing the lawsuit.

    Just another "birther" conspiracy. If there is any question as to the ligitimacy of Obama's Social Security number it would be a matter for the Social Security Adminstration to address and not for private citizens to address. Susan Daniels could send her "evidence" to the Social Security Adminstration and if they find any merit to it then they would be responsible for investigating the matter.

    Good luck finding any statements about the document he alleges is his real birth certificate.

    Hmm... can anyone think of a reason why you'd accept his without question, but continue to question Obama's long after it has been repeatedly confirmed by the only authorities with ability to do so? Gee, I wonder...

    Yes- if Daniels felt she had real evidence of a real crime, she could report it both the Social Security Administration and the FBI- there is no record that she has done either of these things.

    Of course without evidence the SSA and FBI will ignore her...but anyone can file a lawsuit- regardless of lack of any evidence or standing.

    Actually, there is evidence that Daniels approached the SSA. Inexplicably (given her mad skillz as an investigationist) she seems to have confused the Social Security Administration with the Selective Service System.

    But that's okay, the SSA still told her she was wrong.

    It's usually not the same party that questions their own candidate as heavily,,,,,Why would most Liberals question Obama? What they did was fairly normal, as time went on more things popped up. The main difference was that the left could scream...RACISM!!!

    I just checked the Constitution.

    Having a Social Security number is not a requirement to be president.

    It would appear this Daniels person is an absolute and total idiot. Not sure what exactly she is suing for. Publicity amongst the drooling masses? A chance to get her name in WND?

    43 white presidents in a row never provided any evidence they were eligible
    1st black President and northers scream "ineligible' even though he did show he was born here
    Romney provides Less evidence that he was born here than the black candidate but birthers don't question ROmneys bit continue to call Obama ineligible
