    No - penetration is rape NOT “sexual assault”. I admit it depends on the jurisdiction but a majority classify it as penetration without consent

    If you don’t like him then you’re a bigot. See how that works?

    Illegal aliens cause a lot of crime and misery in this country. Everyone admits the countries they’re from suck, so why should we believe only the good ones want to come here, ever hear of MS13? And sneaking into this country is not a something I’d call getting off to a respectably good start. In fact, there’s nothing respectable about it.

    I see, so you're trying to compare a 10-year-old girl who was raped and molested to a 10 year old girl who had sex with someone SHE chose (and someone her parents gave approval to and a judge signed off on, based upon a preliminary assessment by a court-appointed social worker).

    Not only that but no conservative believes 10 year old girls getting a married is a "good" thing, only just that sometimes it's better than the alternative, in certain situations.

    All that, of course, has nothing to do with this topic.

    The state wouldn’t have forced her to flee to receive an abortion if this person wasn’t illegal? How does that make sense to you?

    Why is the ethnicity (edit: legal status) of the rapists relevant to what the state is forcing onto its citizens?

    Better than being molested by some creepy much older man.

    At least the parents and authorities are aware of the situation and watching over the girl.

    You do realize the parents only sign off on these marriages when they believe there is a chance their daughter might be able to live a happy life with the young man, don't you? No father is going to let their daughter marry a creep who totally took advantage of her and is not marriage material.

    It doesn't because you're misrepresenting the argument. This girl wouldn't have been raped if said illegal immigrant hadn't been here in the first place - that's the argument.

    If you wanna go further, you could also say that because the Dems fought hard to relabel illegal immigrants "Dreamers" and allow them to come in by ignoring and/or relaxing immigration laws, we had more illegals enter the country such as this one who eventually raped a ten-year old girl.

    @Steve N made the point that the left wants to outlaw guns in some form because if a gun doesn't exist, neither will the crime committed by one. Okay, then why not ALSO say that we should outlaw illegal immigrants and strengthen our border so that illegal aliens don't commit any crimes here?

    Going back to the story, I highly doubt that this little girl in any way wanted to have sex with this illegal alien.

    It was probably a rape, where the perpetrator pushed himself on her and she did not know how to resist.

    We could also just outlaw men and neither rape nor gun violence would exist.

    For the record I am against illegal immigration and think we need to militarize the boarder until a solution can be found, I am pro responsible gun ownership and absolutely disgusted that some on the right have become so fascist that they believe women are incubators to the state — some going as far as to want to restrict free movement.

    It is horrible that the actions of this pos is pissing you people off more than what this child is having to endure to get rid of this man’s rape baby.
