Her mom told the dispatcher that her hands were "posturing", eyes rolling and some different kind of breathing which I forgot its description.
The hands and eyes are signs of a seizure.

She was asked by the dispatcher if she used drugs, the mom said "no" but she wasn't asked if she was on a prescription meds and what kid tells their parents they're using illegal drugs?
Mom did tell 911 that she vaped.
