The Oversight Committee are inviting the Archivist of the United States, Colleen Shogan, to participate in a public hearing to assess the National Archives' interactions and coordination with the White House regarding requests for records from Joe Biden's tenure as Vice President.
    Items of interest include:
    VP Joe Biden's pseudonym correspondence
All drafts of Biden's speech delivered to the Ukrainian Rada on December 9, 2015
    Biden's Air Force Two use
Exchanges between Joe Biden and Hunter's business associates.

You know what's odd? Whenever I see these requests from Comer, Jordan and Smith, they almost always refer to prior requests that weren't honored and that includes requests made to the White House.

But..... isn't the Biden administration the most transparent in our history?

Its to leave a paper trail in case things need to go to court. Its actually quite standard.

Then the subpoena's are either enforced, or not. Depends on what the judge/s say.

This is where I get confused.... "enforced" by whom... if it is even remotely dependent on our corrupt DOJ to "enforce" something or anything.... it ain't gonna happen...

Well, at first the DOJ can refuse to enforce a court order by appealing the decision of a lower court, all the way up to SCOTUS if possible and necessary. However, if they were to ever refuse a court order from SCOTUS....then we'd truly be lost as a country and would be living under a dictatorship. That is definitely when a Civil War might be in order. Thankfully such has never happened. And I doubt it ever will as even TPTB know better than to cross that line. Even if they're willing to cross every other line, that one they won't. At least not until The People are disarmed. Then all bets are off.

Our own president Biden defied the SCOTUS... I see the corrupt DOJ doing the same and suffer no consequences....
