Israel however does not have the right to ‘steal and kill’. Even though the international community including Germany opposes Israeli illegal settlements, Israel keeps expanding them. Which is indeed outrageous and should be met with more consequences by the international community.

Human they are, and rights they may have, but they should not have more rights than everyone else. And, in practice, they do. In practice, they do have the right to murder and steal. And those they murder and steal, if they resist, they are then allowed to murder them for resisting. And they are allowed to do this, down to the Jewish lobby in the US, vetoing every single freaking resolution against Israel, over, and over, and over. And it isn't being met with any consequences, that is my entire point. They do what they want, without impunity. No other group of people are permitted to do that, just them. Only Israel are permitted to tell the world 'We are not telling you if we have nukes or not, but maybe we do', while, at the same time, threatening Iran, for what Iran do not have! Not other country compares to Israel,when it comes to ignoring all international law, the Geneva convention, and even democractic votes that go against them. NONE compare. It is JUST them. And they call themselves the Jewish state. So, sure, human they are, rights they may have, but those rights have gone too far, too much, to too many, and include letting them do whatever they want. If our Gov's do not cease this pandering, someone will. Society will. It is inevitable.

Moreover, with the amount of vile posts in this forum for example that show that old-school anti-semitism of the worst medieval kind is still around in this day and age, I wouldn’t be surprised if Jewish people felt weary about moving to Europe, even though you personally would probably welcome Jewish immigrants with open arms, wouldn’t you Jack? Because you've never written such vile old-school-antisemitic posts, have you? *cough cough cough*

Germany as a nation bears a very real guilt and due to its dark history ought to be bearing a special responsibility for human rights along the lines that Joschka Fischer has so aptly put. Unfortunately in Germany as in many other countries solidarity with the Jewish people is misunderstood to mean unconditional support for Israeli state policies, even if these policies violate human rights and are in the end detrimental to the well-being not only of the Palestinian but also of the Jewish people.

So in other words, pretty much making a farce of that special responsibility.

We are talking about Palestine right now, not Iran. However: if Israel uses German submarines to attack Iran, I too would hold Germany responsible.

The hilarity are those who think that if only Palestinians sang love songs, and 'protested peacefully', that the invaders would stop stealing their land and murdering them, shows one of two kinds of mindset;

1) Well meaning but so naive as to be no help.

2) Fully aware that the Jews would go on murdering and stealing, probably all the more so. They see passiveness and peace as = weakness.
