The Zionist ideologues are becoming increasingly isolated with every passing day. Who are they kidding with their supposed threats of economic punishment? The world is changing and it's changing fast. They better start looking at themselves in the mirror and getting with the programme. Their days of issuing threats are over.

Both the United States and Israel are incapable of introspection. Their stance reminds me of the parents at the marching parade complaining that it's the rest of the troops, as opposed to their little Johnny, who are the ones out of step. Instead, in other words, they have reacted by saying the rest of the world is mad.

There was also a chilling admission of the United States support for extreme zionist land claims, from Hillary Clinton, who called for negotiation “Between Jerusalem and Ramallah”. Not Tel Aviv; Jerusalem.

The vote removes all hitherto doubt as to the Palestinian's ability to join the International Criminal Court.

I was absolutely disgusted by William Hague’s offer of support form Palestine if Palestine agreed not to join, or take cases to, the International Criminal Court. It is yet another example of that theme to which my writing constantly returns, the abandonment by neo-con UK governments of the principle of international law in favour of a might is right approach. It was always UK policy to encourage dispute resolution by international courts. Now we are discouraging it.

The crucial point here is if Palestine accedes to the Statute of Rome, under Article 12 of the said Statute, the International Criminal Court would have jurisdiction over Israelis committing war crimes on Palestinian soil. Other states parties – including the UK – would be obliged by law to hand over indicted Israeli war criminals to the court at the Hague. This would be a massive blow to the Israeli propaganda and lobbying machine.

This explains why Hague was so keen to avert Palestinian membership of the ICC. Not only can Palestine indict Israeli war criminals (and they should start immediately with those behind Operation Cast Lead and the attack on the Mavi Marmara) but Britain will be obliged – as will all other European Union countries – to hand them over to the court.

Given that this disgraceful government had specifically enacted legislation to block other avenues for the indictment of Israeli war criminals in the United Kingdom, this is infuriating for our Zionist sponsored politicians.

It also raises an interesting point. We have seen the entire political establishment enthusiastically promoting the automaticity of European arrest warrants in the case of Julian Assange. How will those same politicians react to the automaticity of arrest warrants for Israeli war criminals? I suspect that they will suddenly discover there is a need for political intervention in such cases.

Jail them all, their politicians, their army commanders, the Mossad, all of it.

Ensure no one can leave, then conduct a massive criminal trial, not just over this, but ALL of it, everything.

    How interesting.

seems there's a lot of evil zionists that are perfectly okay with it. From the linked haaretz story:

"One source in the Israeli industrial sector noted: "The business sector will make it clear to the government that it wants to continue to work with a growing Palestinian market, with consumers with buying power, with businesses that can cooperate with their Israeli counterparts abroad or as subcontractors to Israeli industry."

Another source in the business sector said that last week's UN recognition is a positive development from a business standpoint. The Palestinians might join the World Trade Organization, he said, and they would then also be bound by international rules. Israel supported Palestinian membership in the WTO in the past for this reason, he added.

Last summer, in an effort to head off the economic collapse of the PA, Israel also approached the International Monetary Fund on the Palestinians' behalf for a $100 million loan, since the PA was not a state. The loan was rejected because the Palestinians could not meet the minimum conditions.
    "

And then there are the usual suspects much more interested in the international criminal court than in the potential progress that this recognition could achieve if its managed appropriately. there will be a time and place for such actions, but all that ICC nonsense will bring about is tit for tat, with Israel bring similar charges against palestinians. It really doesn't achieve anything.

Its like arguing about past deals, resolutions, actions etc. Dwelling in the past when this move could herald a new future doesn't make a lot of sense.

Besides which, everyone on the planet knows the best lawyers are jews, and that the law and justice are at time two entirely different things.

& that very FACT shows any Sane & Rational Human Being
Just how Out of Touch these Ideoloques are to Reality

    First - they see it
as such an existential threat that they have to go Rabid with Threats
& then when the vote goes down against them irregardless of their Threats

    -
They immediately try to Rationalize it to themselves, that it is ALL to their advantage

Clear indication of the muddled & maligant thought process of the Criminally Insane

& Jonsa marches LOCK STEP - Seemingly unaware of the Cognitive Dissonance .

    These are very sick people
it would be wise for the US & Canada not to construct their foreign policies at their behest

Two to tango. Occupation, illegal settlements, ethnic cleansing and collective punishment is the root cause. Remove the source of the wound and, by definition, the patient will heal. The source of the said wound, is the Hertzlian political conception of Zionism, which is an expansionist ideology predicated on the formation of a greater Israel. The Jews already have their homeland which is Israel proper re 67 lines. Get back there and obey international law.

Think about that for more than a nano second. How can Israel unilaterally lift the occupation without any reassurances of peace? returning to the 67 border lines is not practical for either side. Palestine cannot survive if it consists of two disparate "provinces" with no sovereign or even unfettered link between them. the Israelis won't give up all the settlements - period. Who could guarantee that hamas and IJ will totally end "resistance"?

Its easy to say = just lift the occupation, remove the settlements, return to 67 lines as if it was a magic formula for peace, but it isn't. what about jerusalem? and refugees? and demilitarization? and resource sharing? and the myriad other issues,

What guarantees or reassurances does Israel have for its security? How can the palestinians trust the israelis and vice versa?

No, it can't be unilateral, it has to be negotiated. (its the only thing my foreign minister said at the UN that made a lick of sense, although I deplored the gist of his remarks).

Hague said that because he was the one giving immunity to war criminal Tzipi Livni and Ehud Barak if they entered UK so he will be called before the Hague courts in the future to explain why he gave war criminals immunity. That's why he said that in parliament.

No it doesn't need to be negotiated with the other side obviously.

No one negotiated with the Arab countries when the British decided to take Palestine and give it to the athiest zionist Europeans.

Since Palestine is now a State, it should supply it's own water, power, food and other essentials to it's citizens. Israel is now no longer responsible for their well being.

That was a fully deceptive and dishonest title. In fact the thread was full of deception and outright mistruths as well. At least it was comical! Lets do something different and post some facts. What the UN did was to vote Palestinian territories as a "nonmember observer state". NON-MEMBER[/b], I like the sound of that! Truth hurts eh? Lol! So now the palestine territories (not a nation not a country but a territory) is now a non-member observer state. So what its like an impotent stud what use is it?

Now the bad news. The UN which is a corrupt satanic impotent group of coward nations should reap what they sow. All of the nations that voted for the measure should be chopped from US aid in all forms and the funds given to the one third that voted with the US and Israel. This debacle of the UN pushing our light weight president around is a preview of is to come. The US and Israel and the third of other nations that voted against the UN measure will have to be wary of attempts the UN emboldened by this atrocity to attempt more such stunts. Sadly I would wager the measure will cause Israel to become even more defensive and therefore reactive in their dealings with Hamas and other terrorist organizations. Really the biggest fear I have is that this is the first step leading to Armageddon in our generation. That nuclear nightmare future is owed to the UN and the stupe nations that voted with them!

Lastly the blacks, Hispanics, and entitlement generation of white voters put Obama in office* because he is seen as the typical democrat that gives your money to them. (my tiny little stash is protected by a 501c). When the money for those entitlements dry up and the former starve or have to work Obama won’t be able to run again but maybe they will have of learned their lessons. Or maybe not. It is now very likely that most of the world will be a glowing ember before they discover what their vote really did.

    * ....."Oct 21, 2012 ... 'Blacks vote for President Obama solely because he's black' .... Just because 97% of blacks voted for a black man proves that there's no racism
    www.allvoices.com/.../13232055-blac...-vote-for-him-again-soley-because-he-is-black - Cached

Disclaimer; I am not referring to the disabled and aged etc that deserve entitlements according to legal ethical and moral guidelines. Only the parasites that do not need or deserve the entitlements are referenced in this thread. Lastly if anyone thinks this is a racist post they are mistaken. Well there is reverse racism, but when I speak about the minorties receiving entitlements I am referencing statistics ie facts.

ps ... Ps In case you are wondering why I gave you a break and did not I address all the mistruths deception worse of the your thread, It was because I doubt if this site has enough bandwidth to cover the rebuttal!

Not gonna happen. Whatever is built, will be used by Palestinian terrorists to shoot rockets from, and will be blown by Israeli airstrikes as a result. And who needs water, power and food when you can spend donation money better, buying nice, shiny rockets from Iran :)

Nov. 29 -- The U.N. General Assembly today voted 138 to 9, with 41 abstaining, to upgrade the PLO's observer status to the same level held by the Vatican, that of a "non-member state."

Although mostly symbolic, the statehood designation, as President Abbas boasted last year in a New York Times op-ed, paves the way for the "internationalization of the conflict as a legal matter," enabling the PLO to pursue claims against Israel in the International Criminal Court (ICC).

In tandem, the U.N. Human Rights Council is planning to relase a massive report in early 2013 -- by a commission of inquiry modeled after the one that produced the notorious Goldstone Report -- which is likely to recommend the ICC prosecution of Israeli officials for "war crimes" in connection with the settlements.

Though today's number of Yes votes may appear large, UN Watch noted that in fact it amounted to the usual automatic majority for any resolution attacking Israel -- and actually won 28 less votes than a pro-Palestinian resolution adopted last week, and than is usually received by such resolutions.

Moreover, as UN Watch also reported -- in a Tweet reposted by Canadian Cabinet Minister Rona Ambrose among many others -- the PLO won 38 less than the 176 votes the U.N. General Assembly gave to genocidal Sudan when recently electing it to a principal U.N. body that oversees human rights.

If the one Recognized State consistently breaks ceasefire & murders
extra judicially with impunity, the other Recognized State's citizens

& if that Recognized Zionist State occupies the other Recognized Palestinian State
& oppresses its people with the expropriation of their Land & the internment of its citizens

The Israelis take most of the water from the coastal aquifer for West Bank settlements.

Of course they have over pumped it so it is back filling with salt water.

You should probably find out what you are talking about.

Have they? When one wishes to be independent, one should be careful what one wishes for if one cannot take care of themselves.

If they cannot suppy their own water, electricity or food, how independent are they, really?

Israel should stop supplying them with anything and let them sink or swim. They are no longer anyone's responsibility and must take care of their own needs now.

Mostly ground water.. They get 1/6th the amount of water per person as the Israelis. Its really criminal.

But, the Israelis have ruined both aquifers, the Jordan river and the water table of the Jordan basin since 1967.

In other words, they have voted to become a third world country. They will have to sell their TV's and Iphones on Ebay in order to buy rice from Bangladesh.

I think most will starve or die from thirst. Maybe the Iranians will give them food and water, forever?

    Much like the Warsaw ghetto..

Israel was warned in 1950 about their mismanagement of water assets.. in both the Johnston Plan and the Laudermilk Plan..
