A child born at 20 weeks will be entirely dependent on medical intervention for months but it’s rare because most preemies less than 22 weeks have a zero chance of survival. No amount of development is possible in a human fetus to make it viable at 20 weeks. There are no possible answers from comparing pandas and humans unless you are unable to figure out they aren’t comparable.
