When a question is asked about the penalties for not complying with the Paris Accord and the answer is "No more money", you have to admit that does not really clarify anything.

 

So it would have helped you had he said "They get no more money?"

Where does that aid come from?

 

From the countries that have the most to lose if Climate Change is not addressed. And the most to gain by addressing it.

Not quite. But we do have the most to lose, by far, of any nation in the world.

It's funny. Climate change deniers often ask what's the point of us doing anything to reduce CO2 when everyone else is producing huge amounts of it but when you come up with an accord which aims to set limits in all but the tiny handful of nations who refuse to sign up they want no part of it.

 

I think Democrats should take personal responsibility and become an example of what they want others to do.
