You say you want to give your money away. I"m willing to pay a "reasonable" amount but no more. Who's crazy?

1. The person who believes in giving their "hard earned money away"
2. or the person who legally uses the tax code to keep more of their money?

Or is the person who says they believe in giving their money away lying and really means that they want other people (not them) to give more of their money away?

uhm... did you know that as people are building their wealth they become tax proficient so they can keep more of their money so they can build their wealth? That's part of the reason they can eventually become rich. The W2 worker, the government takes your money before you even get it. The w2 worker has a harder time building wealth because they have to give more and more money away as they climb the income ladder, giving money away makes it harder to build their wealth.

Liberals wanting high taxes is all about trying to do something about inequality. No, I don't expect that, and you lie when you assign that to me. I have been working for years, in my own little way to keep people in MY community employed, all the while loosing ground to people who import competing product from slave labor states like China, India, etc. I complain constantly to some of my customers, about the unfairness of being made to compete against that. Yet, still I have the balls to sign the personal guarantee for the operating capital, take the risks, earn the reward, and then have some biatch ass liberal tell me I'm exploiting workers or some shat like that.

 

We already have sin taxes. You can't do that with medicine. I think thou doth Protest too much.
