    Cheers! :salute: :flagus:

What does "he's also Jewish" mean? Something funny in that comment of yours, liberal heart.

You on the left have a really interesting turn of phrase: everytime you want to disassociate yourself from a behavior you tack on a prefix, as though it were a disclaimer. Horowitz was left, liberal, democrat - he was not neo, new, alt.

Nobody wanted their sons, brothers and boyfriends to get drafted. That wasn't a movement - it wasn't even exclusively left. It was practically everybody, especially once it was understood the war was not like past wars. But then, the news agencies actually reported in those days.

Those who "represented" themselves as part of the movement but didn't believe in communism weren't really there. They were phoneys or narcicists looking for an identity.

David Horowitz was the loud voice of the active anti-war movement. If you were a part of the movement, surely you had a subscription to "Ramparts". There were no pictures of Twiggy in that magazine - it contained graphic images, stuff no one wanted to talk about at the time like the faces of napalmed children. Horowitz has a loud voice, not a hateful one. Does he criticize the Left from whence he came? Yes he does, he knows better than anyone what the Left is all about and takes every opportunity to expose their hypocrisy and hatreds.

Horowitz is Jewish. He was a communist until 1975.. Now he runs a hate site called Jihad Watch. I didn't get Ramparts. I wrote letters.

In what sense is Jihad Watch a hate site?

Actually, he was. He launched numerous attacks on his own citizens because they were Kurds, killing somewhere between 150-200,000. And he promised Americans the "mother of all battles", an expression we weren't used to because we use "granddaddy" to mean something truly impressive. And he did indeed promise to mass murder Americans in response to the Gulf War.

"We will chase [Americans] to every corner at all times. No high tower of steel will protect them against the fire of truth." Saddam Hussein, Baghdad Radio, February 8, 1991

Because every thing they write is about painting Islam a violent and something to fear.

Some of what they write is outright lies.. or using verses out of context.

Islam in KSA became stricter in 1979 and has been moving towards more moderate since the late 1990s,

Have you ever heard of 'global jihad'? Or watched Bitter Lake? Well it's in Wiki so I'd check it out if I were you, and quick, because it's coming to a shopping mall near you. 'earning your living spewing hate'! FFS Like I'd had to have lived in the 'Arab world' to know the effing obvious! You have, but from what you come out with, all I can surmise is that it must have been many, many years ago.

My sources are from wise thinkers and analysts who have reached their conclusions from historical pronouncements and no-holds-barred declarations of intent, so all that rather puts your daily naive one-liners on this forum into the shade a bit, doncha think?

This can't possibly be real. It would salve my confirmation bias about scumbag Carville too much. The universe won't allow me that kind of satisfaction, so it simply must be fake. :)

I strongly disagree. Obama traveled to Delaware on many occasions to personally greet caskets of deceased Americans killed in battle in wars he had no hand in starting. He was famous for calling hundreds of widows and families of those killed, and his compassion is legendary. Trump says a lot to the media about the military but does little to nothing behind the scenes. His support for the military is disingenuous. He lies.

We are all so grateful to you for pointing that out. What's with the anti-semiticism of all the lefters on the PF? First thing you all do is call someone a Jew, then call everyone else a Nazi. BTW - now you are sympathizing with Jihadis?

If you are liberal as you pretend, you had an issue of "Ramparts" under one arm and a copy of "Soul On Ice" under the other. My guess is you never read either one. It doesn't sound like you were really there.

I'm really surprised that your post is even still up. I've never in all the years I've been posting here had as many rule violations as you managed to rack up in one single post.

Of course giving Russia Uranium is ok. Only someone who is ignorant of the issue thinks otherwise.

The guy takes the time and effort to write 14 paragraphs of honest opinion, and that's your contribution? An insult? That's all you've got?

This is the type of response that should get a a Mod Edit or Rule Violation, in my humble opinion ... and a warning or something.

If you've got something to say, why don't you be a man and say it?
