Now the first one was fun. All we need is a video demonstrating Cenydd's dancing skills.

    All in favor say DANCE.

    Second one....don't trust a man who has a cigarette dangling from his mouth while singing. That is obscenely gross.

    The first one would be my choice for best, also. Really good. Sometimes I think C is really from West Virginia. *grin*

    ~~~~~
    I just came to a terrible realization, time to think of lunch then dinner... and I have no onion!
    Sounds silly, you say? Of course it does, but I can't cook without it. lol
    Here is the real rub... I'll go to the market for one onion... and leave with $50 of things I didn't intend to purchase. :angered:
    I could show you a video of my dancing, but then I'd have to kill you!
    I don't know if it was the main or sole cause, but it probably didn't help with his later issues:
    I assume he doesn't smoke at all these days, and he tends to sit down when he performs:
    He's still nothing short of brilliant, though - saw him on tour with Martin Carthy last year, and they were superb.
    LOL
    I'm sure many of them do.
    Shame about his health, he is indeed talented.
    I like the music, but it's a bit difficult for me to understand what he is singing. No offence, it's just kinda fast and all runs together to my ears. It sounds happy, so I like it.
    Tonight baked lemon/garlic chicken breast, green salad, simple pasta. ;)
    ...and you would be welcomed.
    Well thank you. May I bring some vino?
    I am curious how many people make their own salad dressing vs buying the bottled stuff.
    Of course you may! :p
    I always made my own. I maintain a healthy/clean diet (no offence to anyone else' choice), I almost always have a vinaigrette. Sometimes just a good sweet oil.
    ...but it's not for everyone, I appreciate that.
    Shang (anyone),
    Have you noticed that the forum seems to be slipping toward it's old tricks, the last couple days?
    Yesterday I saw the first "database error," in a long time. Today, off and on, slow loading.
    Minor hiccup compared to the past, but is anyone else noticing it?
    Yes we are aware. Thanks for noticing.
    The same for me, although I like to experiment with different citrus fruits and such, depending on the season.
    I noticed that the older I get the more inclined I am to eat healthier. I have also noticed my body is starting to reject more and more of the processed foods that our grocery stores are stocked up with. I think I may have an allergy to gluten in fact, it's so hard to avoid that stuff though!
    I still make such terrible eating choices though because it's just too easy and available and my cooking skills/habits are awful! lol
    yea been getting slow loading, haven't had them in awhile. guess traffic has already caught up with the new upgrades, probably another investment to get it going good again.
    Hi Pasithea,
    Good for you for making healthier choices in your diet. I have eaten a healthy diet, I suppose all my life. Of course, not realizing the real health benefits of it until adulthood. Fortunately, as yet, I have no food allergies, although they can develop at any point in life.
    My daily diet includes wheat based products, pastas primarily, so I am lucky that I'm not bothered by foods containing gluten.
    I have fish often, sometimes baked chicken and loads of fruits and vegetables as well. I sometimes tease about wanting pies and other sweets, when actually I very rarely have them, or even want them. Dessert for me is typically a fruit and or a green salad with lots of fruit, with the addition of raisins if I want to sweeten it up a bit.
    Equally important to maintaining a healthy diet, is regular exercise and rest. ;)
    lol @ your "cooking skills" ... I'm a master chef myself! hahaaha
    Okay, after rereading the above, I realized it really didn't make much sense.
    What I meant was, eating clean gives you more energy to exercise. Exercise in turn makes you feel better in general, and encourages better eating habits. A more healthy 'cycle', if you will. Rest is essential in allowing your body to break down foods and utilize and/or store nutrients. Obviously, also allows your body to repair after exercise.
    Oh hell, the more I try to explain, the worse it gets. lol You guys know what I mean. :p
    ~~~~~~

    Okay, so it's been a couple weeks (maybe), those of you that read here should know this was coming. Special meaning to me...

    You are making perfect sense.

    Imbalanced diet, lack of exercise.. add alcohol and you have a vicious cycle. Top it with smoking, and you have a disaster in the making.
    Fresh fruits and vegetables, along with lean proteins (ideally vegetarian), are a must to fuel an active life style.

    Of course its fun to sin now and then. Actually, its a must.
