It has exactly zero to do with public school. This is something PP is providing to parents as a guide. It isn't being taught in schools. This is, to your earlier point, the same type of concept as churches saying that the Earth is 6000 years old. You can agree or disagree, but this is just their opinion being shared with people who want it, not anything being taught in public schools.

You keep asking about public school, have no idea why. PP receives tax money to peddle this kind of nonsense in supposedly "educating" new parents. We don't need this type of education being spread to new parents and kids.

I personally don't buy into what they're selling here, but they have a right to say it. Just like, as the other poster said, churches have a right to say that the Earth is 6000 years old. I don't buy that either but I would never tell them they have no right to say it.

I figured as much. I work in a public school. Such topics are not addressed until way beyond preschool. My high school does not include gender fluidity in the curriculum, although I hear some high schools do. That as massive difference from preschool.

I told you; it was a multiquote mishap. TRFjr brought them up, not me.

My kids go to public high school, well two of them do and the other one is going to a PG year in prep school for hockey. I never asked if they learned about gender fluidity (I leaned a new phrase today!) in school but I know they know what it is.

They have a right to say it using their own funds, not my tax funds.

You don't think individuals parents ought to have the right to decide for themselves what they want to teach their children?

that bull crap is a belief not based on any real science not any different then the belief of creationism neither belongs in schools

To me, government funding and tax exemption is pretty much the same thing.

I didn't say I believed it, and I also said I wouldn't be bothered by defunding PP.

Okay, I understand that. I don't know how much funding they get and would be happy to see them get none. I'd also be happy to see churches pay taxes. They shouldn't be off the hook for taxes while pushing a long ago debunked theory on how the world was created. That said, they should be allowed to push the theory to whomever wants to hear it, without me interfering in their messaging.

I'm always very careful about deciding what information other parents should be given. I didn't ask for anyone else's opinion on what information I was given when I was a young mother. And I don't like any semblance of a nanny state which prohibits free speech, much as I am against what the speech says.

Leftists will never win back power because, as evidenced by crap like this, they don't know why they've lost it.

Are we on the same thread? doesn't seem that way.

PP is teaching new parents and preschoolers this.

So you think handing you a $100 bill is the same as just not taking your cash from your wallet?

No, I think taking money from everyone else's wallet but not yours is pretty much the same.

Your logic is truly bizarre but it is getting off topic. The fact is that PP received public tax dollars to do it's dirty work. Teaching parents and young kids how to be a transgender is where everyone should draw the line.

That ought to be left for individual patents to decide. Putting out information doesn't mean anyone has to take it seriously.

Exactly, so why is PP pushing this on 4 year olds?

Have you even read the OP? It seems you're off in left field somewhere.

Because some parents may want to use it as a guideline for explaining this topic to their children.

    Yea, I did.
