Republicans want to give even more money to people who profit immensely from government services but in many cases don't pay for those services through taxes at all. Democrats want to see that people who can barely pay their rent or for necessary food despite often working two jobs aren't being charged more for things that Jeff Bezos or the Koch's could easily pay for themselves.
