Police chief says cop who fatally shot Daunte Wright accidentally fired gun instead of Taser

The prosecutor did the prosecution no favors. She kept harping on the "an you knew deadly force blah blah blah" and " used of deadly force not justified" when clearly Potter did not intend to use deadly force.

And now it appears we have a hung jury which is not surprising given the circumstances as I have noted in previous post.

 

And guilty on all charges. Will have to wait to see how the judge will sentence. Then appeals with begin.
