"Pro-Choice" is a Misnomer -- YOU Have to Pay for It, YOU Have to Provide It

The word "choice" has been used by the abortion lobby for many years because market research and polling indicate that "choice" is a popular word with the public. People want "choice" whether it be the car they drive, the clothes they wear, or the brand of peanut butter their kids put on their sandwiches.

But the word "choice" no longer applies to what the abortion lobby, in particular Planned Parenthood, is doing these days.

Under the Obama administration, taxpayers are now funding Planned Parenthood, even taxpayers who are morally opposed to abortion.

Komen tried to stop their funding to Planned Parenthood. They discovered that they had no "choice" either. Planned Parenthood used Chicago style pressure tactics to go after Komen and Komen had to refund Planned Parenthood. Now Komen's founder is being pressured to resign.

And now even the Catholic Church has no "choice." The Church, despite its moral objections, will be forced to provide its employees with birth control and abortifacients -- pills that cause an abortion.

The word "choice" was a Trojan Horse and it's time the American people woke up and realized it.

Planned Parenthood has long proven its not about "choice" because it opposes the pro-life clinics that try to talk women out of abortion. Mayor Bloomberg of New York has gone after these pro-life clinics and shut them down.

Planned Parenthood is against ultrasound laws, that would ensure women have made an informed "choice" about abortion.

Planned Parenthood is against parental consent laws, that would allow parents to have a "choice" before their minor daughters are subjected to the risk and emotional trauma of an abortion.

As a side note, Planned Parenthood does not comply with mandatory reporting laws, that require medical providers to report child abuse and sexual molestation. In other words, Planned Parenthood covers up for pedophiles and destroys the evidence of their crimes.

 

Pro choicers are about choice. Choosing to continue with a pregnancy or end it. Lifers want to deny women this choice so they are forced to endure a pregnany, yet all they are concerned about is a church being made to provide the very thing that prevents unwanted pregnancies?

Of course PP oppose parental consent laws - otherwise rabid religious nuts would force their teenage daughters to have babies.

Nothing about the lifer position is rational.

 

If the Republicans had their way and outlawed abortion, it would doom the Republican Party to certain destruction. There would be so many lazy bowlegged welfare queens living comfortably off of the public purse with nothing better to do than to go sperm catching at the local truck stop. The children that would necessarily result from this transaction would no doubt mimic the queen that spawned them and vote for more democrats to give them more money so that they can go to the local "club" and sleep with losers who will abandon them impregnated with yet another future democrat voting welfare recipient. Abortion is a good thing! Allow those who are responsible and can afford their children to increase in a manner of which their vote isn’t canceled out by an uneducated democrat voting mooching miscreant.

That was the idea that inspired Margaret Sanger to start Planned Parenthood. She wanted to abort blacks and other undesirables to keep down their population.

But what would you say if I suggested that easy access to abortion has actually made people more careless about sex, and has increased pregnancy rates?

I don't know if you can calculate this, but the birthrate among blacks is still higher than for whites, despite all the abortions.

Plus, it's pretty evil and racist to advocate killing black people. Just a heads up that you sound like a Nazi.

 

I said nothing about black people. You assumed it. Who's the racist? Who are you to play the race card on people who disagreee with you. Support Abortion = Racist? Gothca! Now come up with something that isnt an ad hominim attack.

 

Gotta say I don't agree with forced funding of programs like this. PP is not a government entity, it should not get government money. It's a great organization and I fully support it, but I'm not a fan of the government giving money to outside groups. If the government wants to fund abortion it needs to make its own clinics.

Whether people have a right to choose to have an abortion and if someone else is paying for that abortion are completely different things.

Constitution says you have to be born to have rights and be a citizen. Otherwise, you might as well be at Guantanamo.

There IS a choice. This should be a personal choice. Choose yes or no. You cannot win the war on Abortion by simply not giving them a choice. You can only win by convincing people and starting a culture change.
