You're very confused and are part of an opinion of just 8 countries while the bulk of the world disagrees.
The Jewish state massacres any crew that would enter the territorial waters of Gaza to help them out. It has done so in the past to a crew coming from a NATO country. The Jewish state also controls the airspace of Gaza and all of it's borders. Subsequently the opinion of the bulk of the world sees it that it's occupied.

The idea that Gaza hasn't been under effective Israeli occupation is akin to saying San Quentin prison isn't under the authority of the State of California because the prison guards don't sleep in the same cell as the inmates. What Israel did in 2005 withdrawing its troops from within the Gaza strip is akin to prison guards relocating to surround a prison with occasional forays and use of force into a prison compound, while sealing the place from the outside world, even tightly regulating and limiting the visitation rights of the inmates.

Now, presumably, prison inmates have done something wrong and many (as a result of an awareness of their wrongful conduct) more or less accept their fate. Most Palestinians in Gaza, many who are refugees the Israelis had dispossessed of their homes elsewhere, won't accept such a fate quietly no matter how much Christian Zionist (or Jewish Zionist) propaganda wants to paint them as deserving their fate basically because they are (predominately) "Muslim". The twisted nature of the whole enterprise and its colonial inspiration even more apparent when you consider there are a sizable number of Palestinian Christians equally oppressed by the policies pushed by these Christian Zionists cheerleading Israel: those Palestinian Christians (a) particularly well represented in previous, secular oriented, Palestinian resistance movements such as the PLO and (b) many of them the most direct descendants of the Jewish tribes in whose name other Jews are claiming rights to the Palestinian lands.
