They voted for a resolution. They did not vote on whether or not Gaza is occupied.

votes are not an agreement with every single thing. Clearly you have no idea how votes work, politics, the UN or anything else.

There is a reason why you’re hiding behind a corrupt political body like the UN because you don’t know what an occupation is, let alone how to argue that it is.

but it’s good to know that Israel can flood the entire Gaza Strip with troops and tanks and absolutely nothing will be different in your mind since it’s already an occupation. LOL.

https://guide-humanitarian-law.org/content/article/3/occupied-territory/#:~:text=In international law, a territory, end of the nineteenth century.

Uh oh, I didn’t cite a vote that had nothing to do with defining terms only making a political stance reaffirming humanitarian law. What am I thinking actually defining something? Silly me! LOL.

So please explain to how Israel occupied a territory controlled by a hostile enemy government equipped with 30–45,000 troops and all manner of weapons they use to regularly attack and now invade the “occupying” force.

oh right I forgot. You can’t actually explain anything. You can only hide under the skirt of a political vote! LOL

They indeed voted for that resolution and in that resolution it contains the concept that Gaza is occupied. As for "corrupt body"... this is the General Assembly that you're talking about. These are ALL nations on this planet who with a thundering majority voted for this.

Israel has always has occupied the territorial waters and the airspace. With that, the place is occupied. And you're wrong by going utterly anal about what Israel did, but not what Israel did not do. That's where you're going wrong.

Uh oh looks like someone still thinks controlling outside someone’s borders counts as an occupation!

Even did you the favor of providing you with the definition and you still can’t put logic to words. How sad!

a military occupation does not mean they control borders. All countries control their borders that does not mean all countries are occupying each other LOL!

You have to have military control inside the borders. That did not exist inside Gaza. Sorry!

Airspace is INSIDE the borders, and so is it's sea.

The same airspace Hamas bombarded Israel with over decades with thousands of rockets? That airspace?

Wow that’s some occupation! Crazy control Israel has! LOL.

but I get it, you’d like Hamas to have a big ol airforce and navy to commit more atrocities on Jews. Bummer for you they don’t! Nor ever will!

But hey, whatever it takes to justify your little pro terrorist ideology huh?

    Indeed. Hence it's occupied.

Irrelevant to the point that they occupy it's airspace, and no plane may land in Gaza because of that while they airfields. And so point stands: Gaza has been occupied by Israel. You're just going anal where Israel is not marching around, but deliberately ignore they are in their sea and their airspace.
