I tried to do some research on him but nothing substantial came up on the search engine. Here is what I think. There is plenty of propaganda coming from both sides. The trick is to read between the lines. USA Today and the Guardian are hardly pro-Putin. I'm more inclined to believe the accounts of a local Jewish resident in Donetsk as well as the leading Rabbi and the people's governor, Denis Pushilin, as reported in these publications than the claims of somebody like the CIA or Kerry.
