Well, disregarding your obsession with the Turks, I don't see what the Sunnis in Iraq would want with Shiite cities and towns. They have no chance of taking over them, anyway.

Ruthless SOBs inspired by the spirit of allah. The Sunni collaborators with the Iraqi government are being executed along with the Shiites. Looks pretty one sided with no combat between two sides even occurring.

 

Who is we? Obama has talked for over a year about arming the Syrian opposition and it hasn't happened yet with any significance. Training in Jordan is about it, certainly not for members of Al Qaeda, but mostly former Syrian army now defected.

 

They already have one. Yet to be seen if they can hold onto it. Certainly neither Syrian or Iraqi law has any control over the areas they currently hold. Sure, when they declared the Caliphate in 2004 it was kind of a joke as they had no real authority. But they are the only authority in some areas now.
