It is that way for everybody. I expect there is a bug how the permissions are set on it, but without access to the back-end, I can't confirm that. It does seem to be something new with the update to the forum, since it wasn't that way previously. My expectation is that it's just one of those things you're going to have to learn to live with.

If you (at least if I) go into my profile and click on Find Latest Posts... -= Hidden Content =- ...appears in every post. Is it maybe an admin crawlbot device to attract bots and increase Google rank?

It's in my list of recent posts in my profile. You know if you want to find something you posted in order to go back to the thread, you can go into your profile and call up all your recent posts? The first few lines of your posts are listed there and the hidden content comment is in the body of the post below my comment. For example if you are reading this post, it would display as normal but a few lines below my comment the hidden content comment appears. It's showing in every post, if you look at the list of recent posts. As it is showing in every post, it could be the admin has set the forum up to invisibly insert certain text into every post in order to attract ranking. I am guessing though. I've seen people do that before with invisible text, but not in that format.
