It must be a creature of your mind, as I made no mention of a 'warren jeff'. Is this warren jeff your role model: Causing you to bring in his name when no-one has previously mentioned him in this thread?
So is being "number 1 in Generosity and is #1 in Health and Contentment". So again what is your point?
Something said or stated that "sounds like" it "might be" a racist comment, does not necessarily make it a racist comment. So again, who called who a 'racist'? All that was expressed is that one person holds the perception that the statement 'might have been' a racist comment. A subjective conclusion that is not necessarily based on a 'fact'.
I believe the declaration "that is a very racist statement" implies that the individual making said statement is indeed a racist. YMMV.
Taken by itself and if left standing alone, I would agree with you, but when you add in the remark made in conclusion, it can easily be resolved that the author only spoke of a possibility and was not expressing a fact.
I never claimed the author was expressing a fact. The author expressed an opinion that the poster named Blackrook is a racist.
You leaned on what you perceived to be an implied statement of the poster and suggested that the poster was a racist. Your statement: "I believe the declaration "that is a very racist statement" implies that the individual making said statement is indeed a racist. " Be careful what you write. Words can bite you in the butt.
I never said that Blackrook was racist. I just said that it sounded like he was making a racist comment. I didn't mean in any way to say that he was a racist, just that he was sounding that way. It had nothing to do with whether he was right or wrong either, it just sounded racist so I said something. Sorry I did, I'll just shut my mouth next time.
There was no error. It was clearly stated by implication that Blackrook is a racist. Come on man, nobody is that pedantic, not even you.
You clearly implied it when you sad "that is a very racist comment." Who else but a racist would make a "very racist comment?"
I've found that sometimes people make racist comments when they don't actually mean to. They say it wrong, or they don't realize how they say it but they don't mean it as a racist comment. So no, I don't believe that Blackrook is a racist. I only thought that he sounded like he was saying something racist.
My experience differs -- usually when someone make a "racist comment" it is because he is a racist. YMMV.
Your interpretation gathered by reading only the first half of the complete posting and disregarding the second half is the error. Otherwise called taking things out of context. Looking only at that portion of evidence that will support your private and personal agenda of attacking anyone who disagrees with you.
I'm sorry that you seem to have such an experience with racist comments. I myself have never actually met a racist. Still, the fact still stands that even though you may know people who are actually racist who make racist comments, I have not, so I usually don't think that people are racist if they do make a comment that sounds like such.
