    Someone's been naughty...very VERY naughty.

According an extensive report on the various nefarious escapades of the GOP's favorite corporation, Koch Industry documents show that the company used various front groups to sell petrochemical equipment to Iran which was on the "Thou Shall Not Sell Things To This Country List".

The article is rather long due to the lengthy list of Koch Industry crimes but its a good read for those who understand that corporatism is a cancer that is far more damaging than anything that the terrorists can currently throw at us.

What we have here is our first chance to arrest and try a corporate personhood before the Koch-loving activist judges on the SCOTUS get a chance to flip their little corporate personhood decision.

If we freeze and seize ALL associated assets, just like they do in the "War on Drugs", we could make a HUGE dent in the deficit!

    Let's get 'er done!

...and then, suggested they were grassroots movements even though they had financed them?

These brothers are very conniving, aren't they?

Clinton purchased guns from Iran and sent them to the Muslim Bin Laden backed Kosovo Liberation Army against a UN Arms embargo while the Bosnia war was going on, so I'm missing your point?

The thread title is a bit disingenuous. It was an investigative team from the Koch Industries who found that an affiliate and subsidiaries were up to no good.

But as giveusliberty2012 mentioned, I'd say the "Fast and Furious" debacle is a bit more consequential and questionable.

Clearly you are. Selling weapons to our enemies is wrong no matter who did it and despite your partisan hackery.

Ugh. Here I will make it easy for you:

Selling weapons to Iran through foreign subsidiaries is not illegal (though it certainly was done with the knowledge of the Koch bros.). It's not against the law but I don't think anybody with integrity goes through with it. However, the real legal question here is in regards to bribery, price fixing, and repeated disregard of environmental regulations. On that front, there seems to be something to it.

Interesting. Feel free to start a thread about it. What do you think about the actions of Koch Industries?

Businesses bribe public officials all the time. It's what France thinks about it that matters.

Now what do you think about Clinton violating a UN Arms embargo?

We've already established you will defend Liberal like Clinton as long as they are done by those who support left wing politics.

Let's see bribing public officials vs. providing guns that kill? It males sense when you look at fast and furious and gunrunner.

Of course it is. Find somewhere I said it isn't. This thread isn't about that though. Why the deflections?

Try to stick with the thread topic. It's probably difficult with all that anti-Obama rage but there are probably dozens of threads addressing that particular issue. Perhaps you could find one of those to attempt to derail?

Internal company records show that Koch Industries used its foreign subsidiary to sidestep a U.S. trade ban barring American companies from selling materials to Iran. Koch-Glitsch offices in Germany and Italy continued selling to Iran until as recently as 2007, the records show.
Wow are you obtusely pathetic, it is black and white!!!
