Republican Supreme Court to decide Trump's immunity claim

THIS is the two-tier justice system we keep hearing about. Three of the nine justices appointed by Trump will help decide. Instead of allowing the bipartisan lower court ruling to stand, the Republican Supreme Court decides to delay trial and show what election interference really looks like.

I think it’s time for Biden administration to expand SCOTUS to 15 judges.

Last I check , J6 rioters didn’t want stinking constitution. They just wanted to overthrow legitimately elected POTUS.

But adding 30 judges in SCOTUS, is not unconstitutional.

Smith asked SCOTUS MONTHS ago, not wait until it gets closer to election so that SCOTUS can interfere with election. Republicans projecting again...

 

SCOTUS couldn't let Smitty skip over the appeals court. Our system doesn't work that way.

I'm annoyed by it. I don't know if they're trying to interfere so much as they don't care (about the results of this specific election, that is). Them taking this just means they want to weigh in, but for which side we'll see. It seems crazy if anybody besides Clarence Thomas buys the immunity argument. The other ridiculous thing is they said they would do expedited review... by starting in 2 months.

 

JRB should shutdown the political circus, pardon Trump and debate him.

Anyone who thinks Biden could not win a debate against Trump has not watched Biden debate Republicans.
