Every time a new war is announced the government and media claim
some great justification for it that makes it sound entirely different from
    all the previous wars,

that is isn't so the weapons makers can sell lots of weapons,
and it isn't so we can get oil or a pipeline route.

    But it always is.

    Fascinating theory indeed yangforward........

What do you think of my using the image of a proposed "Proposed Republic of Western Canada" to attempt to attract the attention of thinkers south of the Canadian border?

    It's not my theory:

    My observation:
Every time a new war is announced the government and media claim
some great justification for it that makes it sound entirely different from
    all the previous wars,

    Dwight Eisenhower:
so the weapons makers can sell lots of weapons

    Generally known:
so we can get oil or a pipeline route.

Vietnam: oil in shallow sea south of Vietnam, that was why we had to pressure southern vietnam
    Afghanistan: needed for a pipeline
    Libya: massive oil reserves
Syria: needed for pipeline from UAE to Turkey and from there into Europe
Ukraine: to threaten and hopefully break up the Russian Federation which has the
world's largest gas reserves, large oil reserves, gems and minerals in abundance

I don't like either of the wars Biden started, nor his domestic policies.

I listened to Donald Trump recently and was very impressed.
He is a proven leader so although RFKjr is amazingly knowledgeable and has
good contacts, either one would do for me. The important thing is to get
Bidden (does as he is bidden) and his supporters out of power as soon as possible.

HaShem willing.... Biden will not make it to November of 2024......

..the same people who considered him to be a useful script reader in 2020......
who would agree to campaign from his basement while they did their computer work.....

seem to be getting tired of both him as well as Kamala.....

So I doubt that either one of them will be on the Democratic ballot by November of 2024.....

Gabbard and RFK would be an impressive team... but I personally want to see Trump back in power in order to finish what he began behind the scenes from 2017 to January of 2021.....

Based on your chosen name here...... I think that you may find this idea somewhat useful.....

    She is wrong.

Zelenskyy did not outlaw "Ukraine's Orthodox Christian church". The Ukrainian parliament outlawed the minority Ukrainian Orthodox Church Moscow Patriarchate, which has links to the Russian state security services. The majority Orthodox Church of Ukraine is not banned. theguardian.com/world/2023/apr… reuters.com/world/europe/c…

I think Gabbard/RFK. Gabbard to generally run ****, RFK to go after corporate corruption in particular as sortof a VP specialty. But I'll take either combination.

...unfortunately, they're both way to anti-establishment to get enough Dem votes to win anything.

    Please God prove me wrong!

Sorry, nope. RFK is a wacko and Gabbard campaigned for Kari Lake.

Both 100% no's in my book.

And that's coming from someone who wrote-in Gabbard for president in 2020. Then she left the Democrats which I was fine with. However, supporting Kari Lake and her fake election nonsense(and by extension, Trump's nonsense that she based hers on) was 10 bridges too far. She will never get my vote again.

The obvious response left out would be........Though their views are acceptable in part, they have no interest in resolving the deep state and ending the weaponization of government. Only Trump would do that.

I got that one wrong. RFKjr sides with Israel killing Palestinians.

Trump, the whole Trump and maybe nothing but the Trump unless we can
get Tucker Carlson or someone who is genuinely good.

You have to cut D Trump some slack because there is a limit to what
    any President can do.

D.T. got into a lot of trouble for not turning the conflict started in Ukraine
in Feb 2014, into a full scale war.

So Biden had to do it.

    It's Biden's war.

Don't accept the nonsense about how it is Donald's fault because he should
have started the war, or that Russia somehow started it in Feb 2022.

    Me-today disagrees with me-yesterday.

RFK jr. can quickly come around to a more realistic view of Israel.

The human brain works that way, for a name or country to become soiled can
happen in a moment, many of us experienced that when we became
disaffected with what was once the leading candidate for President: Hillary Clinton.

We can have a bit more trust in a President who is basically a good person
than one who is bad or irresponsible, to in the long run get the things they
    can control right.

That means as I understand it: Marianne Williamson, Rand Paul, and RFK jr.

It is important to note that even good candidates will make some 'mistakes'
because they do get blackmailed, but they are the best we can get.
