    My favorite line;

"Pay me more or I may have to do with less."

How much does 'the truth' cost?

    And?....

If you have solid evidence that Gage puts his campaign solicitiations into his own personal pocket, then you might have something here, otherwise, I fail to see why this should raise any eyebrows, organizations for all sorts of causes campaign for donations to cover ops costs ALL THE TIME.

How dare they charge for the truth?

Go to your local Barnes and Noble and shoplift some non fiction books and documentary DVD's... If they stop you just explain that the truth should be free!

Didn't the publishers of the 9/11 commission report make MILLIONS off the sale of those books? Do you not have issue with this as well?

If Gage were publishing under 'fiction', or if he had any evidence to back up his ravings, I would not have a problem with it.

In fact, if he published his works under 'religion', I would fine with that also.

So then what's the big deal if it's fiction then? The retailer can decide where to categorize his works.

Should Tom Clancey and Stephen King be shut down for selling works of fiction?

All donations are voluntary and support the cause stated, right? Nobody is forced to give money? They know why they give it and choose to. So what's the problem?

King and Clancey are not claiming their fiction as fact, in order to fleece the gullible.

Richard Gage is, and I will point it out when he does. Exactly the same way I would a snake oil salesman or cult evangelist.

They didn't make a dime off the sale of the books.

The publisher was the US Government Printing office. The charge for the actual truth was the cost of publishing and the report remains free on-line to whoever wants to read it. You should try it sometime.

We have. I think my favorite parts are the unverifiable "just trust us" added on notes.

That and you have them saying "the president told us this" and "the CIA told us that" where not so much them saying what happened so much as saying what they were told that happened.

So if that is your fractured yardstick of measurement, you can't even be sure that your name is John Doe. After all, your parents could have been lying to you and everybody else right?

What you are saying is that unless you see it with your own eyes as it happens, you trust nothing and nobody.

Which sums up why your movement is so pathetic. Most people aren't mentally ill like twoofers proudly profess they are.

That of course is completely wrong. The publisher personally chosen by the commission themselves to get them on shelves in time for release to congress and the president was W. W. Norton & Co. who made 6 million in profit, donating 10% .

If that is true; I stand corrected. However it is true that the entire report is available free of charge on the Internet.

Correction noted. Apology offered. It's called being a man.

Now why don't you tell us the name of the book that you claim had Bush standing outside of BTW elementary posing for pictures. Or have you thought up the name of that book just yet? Liar.

There are some things that would have to have evidence in order for them to be true.. If the stories told by the CIA about the stories told by their tortured detainees were true, then there would be corrobarating evidence to confirm it, like the kind of evidence they had for the hijackers.

When I'm told something that there is no indication or evidence for, how is that different than people just blindly believe what they read on prison planet?

Your arguments don't have physical proof and things claimed as fact ought to have proof. My parents can't lie about the name because a name is by definition what they choose for me to be called and they chose that.

There is wreckage of aircraft all around the Pentagon, Shanksville Pa, and Lower Manhattan. You said earlier there is no more varacity to the 9/11 Commission Report than the "missile theory".

Show me missile wreckage then we'll talk.

So again, unless you see it with your own eyes as it happens, you automatically think you've been lied to or, at best, it is possible that someone is lying to you.

That sums up your "intellect" in a nutshell. Pun intended.

I'm confused... You made a small mistake and admitted it was wrong, exactly like I did about Bush being outside the school instead of inside for his little time wasting press conference, and admitted it was a mistake, but you are STILL harrassing me about it like a little child?!?!?! In the SAME POST you are forced to admit YOUR mistake?

Does hypocracy know no bounds? How about now I will chase you around and harrass you for the next six months or however many years going on about you showing me the commission report book covered by the government printing press like you said that retails for cost.

I'll show you what book said this about Bush when you show me the commission report book that sold for cost as printed by the government printing press rather than being outsourced to a commercial publisher.

If I behaved like you I would bring this up every post being childish just like you keep doing.

And of course you can view it online for free, that's not the point.. That's immaterial as you can see truther content online for free if you want to, and although it seems like they are trying to profiteer, we KNOW people were doing the same with the 9/11 commission report.

When showed the error of my ways, I acknowledge it and offered an apology right away.

You, on the other hand, say you read it in a book. About 3 months ago you made that claim/lie. To this date, you can't tell us what book you read it in.

Yours doesn't, we know that to be true.

You've been like a little Yorkie nipping at my heels for a while now, why should you try to start acting like a grown up now?

All you do is split hairs, make claims then say you never made them or put some stipulation into the claims that acts as a hinge. In the adult world, sport, you make a claim with a qualifier; not a qualifier that hinges a claim.

For example, you said "Flight 93 was --probably--shot down". That is a claim to be sure and you have a qualifier in it. However there was absolutely zero basis in the first place to make that claim...

None of the phone calls from the aircraft said they saw a missile or reported a boom.

None of the FDR imprints had a boom on it.

Nobody made a legitimate claim as to seeing this supposed dogfight.

You just threw it out there hoping nobody would call you on it. We did and kicked your ass on the topic.

Now you sheepishly say "Never said that." Which is technically the case but your intent was to make the claim all along.

So the Yorkie act begins again. You made it up. Admit you lie and move on. Otherwise I'll keep bringing it up. But since there are only 10 or so people who frequent this forum, nobody will care much but all 10 will know you lied. Not that it is any big surprise.

I'm sure you will. Its going to be your new "chapters 5 and 7". LOL How'd bringing that up work out for you? Are you any closer now to being respected than you were 8-10 months ago? No.

    Really...were is DRG's book online for free...in it's entirety?

    Another lie?

Anyway you make a mistake and that's okay but if I say something wrong than it's a lying.. You have said so many false things it's ridiculous.. And like saying the 9/11 commission report is flawless perfection top to bottom doesn't count because NOW you're saying it's just the major points? That's not splitting hairs to weasle out of claims you've made? Give me a break.. I'll address whatever you said in those posts that had relevance, if any, later when you cut out the personal attacks..

The 9/11 commisson publishers are.. They are putting forth unsubstantiated speculation and making millions selling it as fact.

So you have the same outrage for them as well I assume.

Nope.. Never said that.. I made it clear.. I said there's no more evidence to support their story about the plotting and financing of the attack than there are for any other theories like missiles and such. Not about no more veracity in the entire report.

No doubt I can always expect you to just make things up.

Why should I assume something is true when it's just somebody else saying so who could be lying? Especially when IF TRUE, there would be evidence that confirms it.

You might cling to every word your hero leaders tell you without question and without seeing any other evidence or indication of its truth.. That's fine but don't try to pass off these baseless words as fact, just because YOU accept them without proof doesn't make them factual, and don't expect anyone else to automatically accept it without proof.. Some people actually do critical anaylysis of verifiable facts, not just regurgitate baseless spin and speculation from their leaders.

perhaps you can tell me what these 'unsubstantiated allegations' consist of?

Does Gage still have a full time job? His numerous appearances would seem to make that difficult.

Anyway... My favorite part of the Gage story... His "organization" is now a 501(c)(3)! Which means that Gage thinks a government conspiracy is behind 9/11 and killed over 3000 Americans, and yet that same government allows his organization - dedicated to exposing their alleged wrongdoing - to take tax-free/deductible donations under their tax laws.

    It's awesome in its stupidity.

Yeah the plotting and financing of the attack, "the planes operation" and all that stuff, basically the vast bullk of chapters 5 and 7, which are based on CIA heresay as the "foundation of our narrative" as they put it without outside corrobarating evidence.

    Of course it's pertinent.

If Gage seriously believed the government was capable of killing thousands of Americans, and seriously believed he was publishing true information to that fact, why would he trust the government with all that information needed to obtain 501(c)(3) status? Wouldn't he be afraid they would use that information to "disappear" him or something?
