I founded my opinion ages ago, that Kyle got busted with boozing with Proud Boys and posed with them, flashing WP signs all over the place. PB is a neo-fascist group, and so I see no problem with labelling Kyle as a nazi. Nobody made him to act like that.

The judge never gave any opinion on whether Kyle did anything wrong by having three beers with his mother and some Proud Boys. The prosecution filed a motion to revise Kyle's bond release and the defense had no objection so the bond modification went through.

It was the judge who has the ONLY SAY about that bond modification, banning Kyle from meeting up with his nazi friends again on bail. I find it totally not relevant that the defense team did not object to what the prosecutors asked. As far as I know they asked even more, but the judge ruled against that. Hence it remains incorrect to claim the judge had no opinion.

The judge altered the conditions of Kyles bail when he saw that he was Kyle was boozing with hit nazi palls, and not because of me having an opinion.

So what that the prosecution asked to change the bail conditions and that the defense didn't object. It remains so that the judge -and nobody else- changed the bail conditions over Kyle boozing with nazi's. It remains also so that it's true what Kyle did. Hence the point is that there is no problem to label Kyle as a nazi since he knowingly went pubbing with them.

 

I'm still waiting for you to explain which Nationional Socialist (Nazi) principles Kyle supports? Is he a socialist? Does he want strict gun control laws? Does he believe in an absolute authoritarian government. Does he support a supreme leader. Does he think the government should have control over businesses? When you can explain what Nazi principles Kyle holds to then perhaps I'll take you serious.
