Exceptions to make history. The others believed "Wikipedia" Goebbels.

Sources Wikipedia - nonsense. You open these links? Look. And you will see - this is nonsense for the feeble-minded.

More people on here are going to accept Wikipedia than will accept the word of some anonymous user. I didn't make the rules, thats just how it is.

I say the same thing. In Germany, most believed Goebbels.

I do not speak English. But it would be interesting to hear how you speak Russian for example.

Germany did not have an open press. We do.

There are no sources of information that are censored by our government. Not even Russian sources.

I wasn't being mean. I genuinely think your posts are funny. :)

The humour must be lost in translation.

Germany in the 30s was more freer country than the United States right now.
For example the Gestapo did totally not watch for their citizens as the NSA. Even over the guilty in the conspiracy against Hitler in 1944 was a lawsuit. But, for example, the United States contain the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay without trial.

Part of the reason Americans don't care about hte NSA is because we have checks in place to ensure that the government does not abuse it's power. 1930s Germany did not have that.

And no, 1930s Germany was not freer. Russians apparently have even worse primary education than the US - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_in_Germany#Nazi_Germany_.281933.E2.80.931945.29

They are enemy combatants, not US citizens. Did the Soviets give all the Nazis they shot in combat trials?

You need to change the nickname on "Wikipedia". Do you read anything else?

Yes. But so many people on here accept Wikipedia as a source, that it is the easiest way to convince people. You are not the norm on here.

In fact people are struck by lightning. When that happens it does not kill millions of people and destroy the country's economy. The odds of winning the lottery are far more remote - and OMG people do.

But this is a live-for-the-moment and no plans for the future society - unless there is money and power for government in it such as global warming.

LOL! You could also get hit by a gamma ray burst. Or a primordial black hole. Or a comet impact.

Lots of highly improbable things could happen to you that affect the entire country. BFD. Feel free to spend your life worrying about them if you feel you need to.

How often have you won so far?

The chances of SOMEONE winning the lottery are very high. The chances of YOU winning the lottery are very low.

Yeah, lets all cower from the most improbable threats possible. Awesome idea.
