    Good God

It's NOT THE EXACT SAME SITUATION

Trump refused to return the documents, Biden's lawyers returned the documents when they were discovered.

The charge against Trump is, and I quote, "Willful retention of documents relating to the National Defense"

To prove the charge of "Willful retention" you first have to prove that someone was aware they had the documents. This has been proven with Trump, not with Biden

Secondly you would need to prove a refusal to return the documents, again proven with Trump, not proven with Biden.

If Trump had just returned the documents when requested or later when subpoenaed he would not have been charged.

Elections aren't a tool to help you avoid justice.

    Indeed
Yeah Biden's is much worse. He allowed access to these documents he has no business having to his criminal son, who has involvement with foreign governments.
    Show that he refused.
    He was the president.

And it's not being used that way.

Trump is attempting to use elections to avoid justice however.

it absolutely is and it's been used that way since 2016.

If you don't want Trump in office maybe focus on your party have them get a candidate that's better instead of writing the morgue for the least stinky courts to put up there
What Justice? There is the fake Russia thing in that caused your candidate to lose her mind in 2016. There is the fake Ukraine thing then there was the fake tax documents thing then there is the fake assault thing then there was the fake insurrection thing.

When you have hopes after hoax after hoax where you trying to use the justice system to cheat at an election that's not Justice.

And if the government successfully cheats I think that's the end of our nation. I think at that point there will be civil war.

The way to avoid this is let the election happen. If these documents are so damn important to you and the justice of it is so important and it's not just a scam which it most certainly is, you probably should have waited.

It didn't wait because it couldn't because the purpose is to try and cheat.

You don't give a **** about these documents you give a **** about winning an election by any means necessary you don't even know what the hell these documents are.

You know that it's going to be hard battle for Biden to win.
