I don't know, whenever I see him he is indoors. And the media got caught lying that he was visiting troops by posting old footage of him. I'm not talking about Russkies, the western outlets shot themselves in the foot.

 

Actually, my 2022 source says NATO no longer has any nuclear missiles, just bombs (the U.S., U.K., & France, have their own missiles, of course). And none of them are in Poland, or the Baltic States (or Romania). If this had been Putin's real, prevailing interest, I'm sure he could have gotten an agreement to not put nukes in Ukraine, should they ever be given membership in NATO. But Putin didn't want an agreement-- he wanted a pretext to invade.
