Yep, that propaganda is a joke as Russia's economy is do bad they have to put price controls in place cementing further economic damage. Meanwhile whole sectors such as automobile and truck production are around 5% of pre-war output and even key sectors like defense manufacturing of the few advanced missiles Russia has managed to create has ground to a halt due to lack of western parts.

Even basic stuff like artillery shells are decreasing in production and now Russia has to use ancient Soviet made shells that are 50+ years old. BTW shells become unstable after 20 or so years thus all the premature explosions, failures to explode, and even just blowing up in transit which has occurred.
