Well I would agree that Birthers appear to be far right conservatives, while I am indeed a proud liberal. That is indeed one difference between us.

The other difference is that I look at the evidence before I come to a conclusion. Birthers came to a conclusion and are still looking for some evidence to support it. Any evidence. Without any regard to its credibility.

What does being liberal or not have to do with Obama's eligibility?

Thinking people (i.e., not birthers) can separate the question of whether he is a good President from the (alleged) question of whether he is Constitutionally eligible to hold the office.

Oh come on counselor, do I need to explain the most obvious things to you? Being on opposite sides of the political spectrum creates bias, and since Obama's a liberal, the biased are liberals. I know it, JEFF knows it, and now you know it, too

And? So? Is it biased to say Obama is the only President to release his birth certificate prior to being elected? Is it biased to say Obama had the authenticity of his birth certificate(s) and location of birth validated on numerous occasions by the issuing authority? Is it biased to say birthers have lost every single legal challenge they've made to him?

I'll gladly concede that it's sure biased to look at those facts and somehow conclude that Obama is anything other than conclusively, absolutely, eligible to be President.

Orly's "Motion for Reconsideration" in Taitz v. Astrue just got denied.

This moots her November hearing in Hawaii too.

It really sucks to be a Birther.

Edited to add: Taitz v. Ruemmler got dismissed today too.

It's a black day in Laguna Niguel.

Wierdest logic ever. Actually proudly Birther logic.

    Here is why.

All Birthers are Conservatives but not all Conservatives- not even a large minority of Conservatives are Birthers.

All Birthers are biased against Obama and base their decisions upon their biases. But true Conservatives base their decisions on evidence rather than their bias. Just as I do.

Which is why most Conservatives shun Birthers.

Now I know you expect that all liberals fall in lockstep with Obama, just as all Birthers march along in lock step, but seriously? You show me some credible evidence to support any of your claims and I will give it an honest evaluation.

One of the problem Birthers have is that they confuse speculation, innuendo and Birther rumors for credible evidence. Actually I am not certain they actually confuse them.....but they certainly claim they are evidence.

Two more great victories for Orly Taitz!

She can proudly boast that she has a perfect legal record.

Comparative interest in Birtherism and other Conspiracy theories:

9/11- I counted 11 active threads- meaning 11 threads with posts yesterday or today.

Birtherism? 2- both maintained almost exclusively by Wash.

Good thing she isn't doing criminal law. Think about the poor dude who's stuck with her as a court appointed lawer on a capital murder case...

    Good for you.

P.T. Barnum was brilliant and successful and I am sure he would applaud Orly.

As too often happens, i cannot follow your logic.

You ask why women on these boards don't object how Orly is treated- and then point to- not some comments on these boards- but a Mother Jones article from a year and half ago?

Probably because the women on these boards don't read back issues of Mother Jones?

And that is related to George Soros ummmmm how?

All I can say is that you and Orly are a match made in heaven.

Birthers can't tell when they're being mocked... even when the mocker goes out of their way to tell them they are being mocked.

It must be some sort of nutritional deficiency, like night blindness.

Well once again you lost me.

Nowhere in the article that you cite does it say anything about Soros.

Now I know for Conspiracy theorists that Soros is behind everything......

But again- why would women on these boards be responding to a Mother Jones article from a year and half ago- or about one rather offensive painting from the same period of time?
