Well, then, I've completely changed my opinion of the Zimm/Trayvon thing. Anybody who carries a pack of gum is armed and dangerous.

 

I don't think those items were confiscated, but was the results of the search that was conducted.

Still you have to wonder. GZ has no job and no income. So, how did he acquire these items? From his girlfriend? From donations? From family? And then you have to ask yourself, is this good stewardship of the limited income he is getting? That is the bigger question here.

Some 'libs' thought it may have been a hate crime. The FBI did too. It's a serious crime and was worth investigating. I never thought that it was a hate crime. I thought that it was a different crime... and I still believe that the original police report's suggestion of negligent culpable manslaughter should have been the official charge.
