If anything has came from this I am glad republicans now see (it’s likely just an act) that classified documents are kind of urgent.

If Biden is giving them unrestricted access to his home that is cooperating

They are allowing federal agents to search their property willingly, without a subpoena and without a warrant

They could have easily destroyed these documents and no one would have ever known. That takes a level of integrity I doubt you could concern yourself with trying to understand.

If the situation was reversed I would have wanted Biden raided and trump not. Why does yours seem to switch based on who the individual is?

I'm still going to wait for the SC (Special Counsel) report before making my judgement, but this is clearly a whiff of an underhand softball toss..

Just stop, it's been handled differently and it's obvious. Trump was President, classified means everything that crossed his desk. They've now found documents that were classified when Biden was a f'ing senator. You see a pattern here? Carelessness is now soley on Biden, he has classified documents in unlocked offices going all the way back to when he was a Senator. Offices and garages that were paid for by none other than the Chinese. Trump at least had the sense to lock up the documents he claimed were his personal documents with Secret Service protection. Biden has no regrets after all. Bottom line all you and your pales now are limited to pathetic partisan excuses.

 

Scary stuff that the DOJ decided to collude with the Biden to keep the first document find a secret. Let it be known that the DOJ has been totally weaponized to aid Biden.
How in Sam's name is the DOJ allowing his attorneys, who have no high security clearances, handle our country's secret documents?

Why shouldn't the public know about this? The only reason this got out is because someone went to the press and leaked it.
Was Klain a part of the team that worked with the DOJ to keep this all their little secret? Who else was in on Biden's ClassifiedInformationGate? Why is keeping all this information secret and away from the public better than what Orange Man Bad did?

Yes, 13 hours with several agents is enough to comb through the entire property — including Dr Biden’s underwear that the right seems very fixated on.

I too await for the SC to inform the public on what is actually going on. It is interesting the same people saying classified documents were irrelevant a few weeks back now think they are the most important.

This also doesn’t change my perception of trump either — he outright lies and attempted to conceal the documents he had requiring a subpoena and then a warrant to obtain what they did. The issues do not compare no matter how upset it makes the alt-right.

Senators also have classified documents come across their desks quite often. It was handled differently because the individual at the source handled it differently.

Biden was absolutely careless here — the bigger issue is how pervasive of an issue is this and what is the National Archives doing to stop this being an issue going forward.

They didn’t lock up those documents until instructed to do so — as it was in a room beside a public hallway that is kind of concerning. They then lied about those same documents, ignored a subpoena to return them and then were raided for the government to secure documents.

Contrast this to trump supporters that still assert he didn’t do anything wrong and starting making violent threats against FBI offices.

Trump's has always been a who own's his personal documents, him or the NRA. You and your pals screamed criminality over and over. It's not the first time there's been who owns what document disagreements with a former presidents, in fact it's happened over and over since the PRA was put in place. The problem this time, the NRA didn't do like they did with OBAMA and designate his warehouse a NRA secure location, nor like Clinton and take him to court. The Biden DOJ/FBI raided, to hurt him politically, don't you remember all those leaked pics of papers suspiciously laid out with classification markings? You see any of that with Biden? The difference is stark and quiet embarrassing how partisan America's federal police force has become.

Biden ofcourse was a Senator and a VP he should not under any circumstance nor has any argument to have any classified documents.

 

No one should have classified documents outside of where they belong. This includes ex presidents

Trump could have destroyed his as well but did not (as far as we know). We also don’t know if Biden destroyed any as the investigation is still ongoing. So I wouldn’t be so quick to compare. Biden is obviously a classified document moron. He may as well go to the whites lawn and throw them in the wind. He seems to be far more careless than trump. He can’t even remember having them at all these multiple spots found. If he was cooperating he would have turned them all in before the FBI showed up.
