    So now they don't want to charge illegals with DUI because it may cause them to be deported, but legal citizens aren't so lucky? Has it really come to this? Local state governments are protecting illegals and putting citizens at risk. Is there anyone who could possibly justify this?

    Our Elected Democratic Officials don't represent YOU! the people who voted and hired them into Office, they care more about the Rights of criminals who've trespassed into the United States illegally. The King County Executive Dow Constantine also wants to strong arm any company who does anything to help the American Federal Government fly illegals out of Boeing Field, even though Boeing Field receives grants from the Federal Government.

    Immigration consequences are not just for illegals, legal immigrants can also be deported if they get convicted

    I’m fine with considering the additional consequences someone will face on top of their prison sentence for certain crimes. Illegal or not.

    Wow, you're honesty speaks volumes and is quite scary to realize this is how dems really think. It's okay not to charge them with the same charges others would get, it's okay to put the public at risk just so your dear sweet immigrants don't get deported, even though they're here illegally.

    But that's exactly what the judges said. The judges said they should get away with it. They shouldn't be punished, because convicting them of a crime may lead to deportation.

    Do you seriously not understand what's going on here, or are you being intentionally obtuse to avoid acknowledging the disgusting reality of these leftist activist judge's actions?

    Its been that way for 2 decades in California.

    There was a policy in the county I worked 911 that illegals didn't get checked for ID or insurance-the car was just towed.

    This includes one of the first sanctuary cities in the nation.

    Drunk driving is very popular in mexico.

    No but they're greatly reducing the charges which means little to no real consequences, which isn't fair to American citizens and puts the public at risk. Why are you trying to justify this?

    Because the left has not just two sets of rules and laws for them and a different set for everyone else, they have dozens of rules and laws which apply to others but not to them or their pets.

    Racists? Only white people can be racists
    Haters? Only white conservatives can be haters
    Sexual Abusers? Only men can be sexual abusers
    Violent extremists? Only white people can be violent extremists
    Segregation? Only white people can't segregate themselves
