    So Garland OK'd going and getting records back from Trump using the LEGAL remedy of a search warrant - AND the documents WERE FOUND
    were the warrant gave the FBI legal search authority, but MAGA think this requires Garland to be impeached?

    I'm sorry, that just ****ing insane.

    We don’t have a problem with law and order. We have a problem with corrupt biased people with an axe to grind like Garland running a corrupt investigation on a man whom he wants nothing more than to remove from running for office again.

    Warrants which were LESS generalized than this one have been thrown out in WHOLE for being unconstitutional based on their generalized language which as I stated is LESS generalized than the Mar a lago warrant.

    Did you really just ask that question after we just had a primetime television special where they shortened testimony, edited testimony, only produced evidence which benefited their position and refused to present exculpatory evidence while sitting members of congress continuously and unequivocally stated the target of their investigation was guilty throughout their made for television clown show and even before they started it?

    And you’re asking me about an investigation by the same group who has been fed information from that sham of a congressional investigation on national television?

    The SAME organization who unconstitutionally targeted the SAME individual a few years ago?

    As for the documents he probably did have some. He was president and it’s well known that he spent a lot of time at mar a lago and he had classified documents there.

    We also know that he turned over a BUNCH of documents previously and that the current trove of documents under question were found in random places mixed in with a bunch of other stuff. The most likely scenario is that he had returned what he thought he had (he wasn’t the one going through the stuff anyway but nevertheless) and had agreed with the FBI to put a specific lock on the door so he thought he was compliant.

    This is CLEARLY nothing more than an attempt to get Trump either convicted of a meaningless offense which would preclude him from running or to create such bad optics that he loses in the court of public opinion. Obviously this could have been handled differently. But they didn’t want to handle it differently because handling it differently means they don’t get to “get Trump”.

    In what way is the information found invalid?

    If you do not like the information, then tell us how it is invalid
    They HAVE Trump and you are CLEARLY attacking the investigation itself in a desperate attempt to have this plethora of damming evidence declared invalid BECAUSE it finds Trump guilty.

    Cruz is as desperate and deluded as Pence, both thinking that actually have a chance to be the 2024 GOP presidential nominee.;
    Ted the weasel trying to be relevant, thinks he's so tough saying to put Garland etc. on trial thereby condoning all of Trump's actions and inactions pertaining to classified/unclassified govt documents so not to have Trump's peanut gallery turn on him.
